Sweet Boba House — Restaurant in Eau Claire

I thought the Boba was moderate at best. I tried a few of the different drinks, and none wowed me, but a few disappointed me. The flavors felt abrasive and without much flavor besides sugar. If they did have flavor beyond that, it was very artificial tasting.

The inside area has a nice lighted area with fake greenery for photos, if that's something you're into. It is fairly small, and I found the chairs to be uncomfortable. It wasn't an interior that made me want to sit down and stay a while, however.

The service was great. Everyone inside seems cheery and happy to help you figure out what you want, so only good things to say about the service and the people.

Overall, I would recommend Star Cup over this if you're looking for a place to get Boba in Eau Claire. Feel free to give them a shot, maybe they'll be your spot. It just...

I really wasn't a fan, I love boba, but this place was quite expensive and not very good. I got the strawberry matcha, tasted like chalky strawberry milk, there was absolutely no taste of matcha in it, definitely disappointing. I love sweets, but my drink was insanely sweet, I felt like they forgot to put matcha in it and added green syrup instead. GREAT PLACE! We had the strawberry delight and tiger brown sugar boba. They were both pretty good. The strawberry delight had an artificial strawberry taste which I wasn’t a huge fan of.
