Poor customer service, I brought my sister a large drink from here and besides the inconvenience of the CSR handing my sister a large drink dripping from poorly capping the drink, when I tried to handle the inconvenience by simply grabbing a cup to mask the sticky mess, he tried to charge me for the additional cup 😂😂 like wow.
