McDonald's — Restaurant in Eddystone

The young lady taking our order was very rushy, kept asking us "Is this all" after every item we ordered. And just seemed flat out impatient. I felt her customer service skills we're lacking and I couldn't help but ask her face to face why was she rushing our order? Her response was " Well, I'm from Louisiana and this is how we talk". And her attitude was dismissive and showed she really didn't care how she was perceived. I've traveled all throughout this country and I actually have family from the South as both of my parents were both born in Southern States and I can tell you for a fact that in most Southern states you will meet the most kindess, hospitable people in the entire country if not the world there.. This lady was flat out RUDE! Our order was made perfectly but the service was trash. My family will not be visiting this location again now or in the very distant future.

This is by far the slowest McDonald's I've ever patronized. When I saw the line wrapping around the drive-thru line and the restaurant, I figured that I should park and go inside to order and eat. When I did that, I somehow stepped into a strange dimension we're time slow down. I could still see what was happening outside of our dimension and the cashiers and servers seem to move and interact with the orders going through the drive-thru, but they ignored all of us in the restaurant waiting to order food. It was like we were ghosts and the people in the drive thru we're still alive. Is Ghost still in line for a long time before we were acknowledged, and even then the server forgot something in my order and I had to endure another lengthy wait before I reached out to her so that she could fulfill her promise and completing my order. If it wasn't for the upbeat and positive attitude of the staff I think the rating would have suffered another two stars. The restaurant itself looks great now since the renovations, but the staff needs training and...

It’s great they updated the restaurant but it is a shame they did not do the same to the employees that work there. I have went there twice in the past few weeks and both times they messed my order up at the drive-thru. The first time I had to go in to get the second fries I ordered and had to wait 15 mins before anyone acknowledged me. The second time I repeated twice what I was ordering. When we got to the window to pay she asked again what I ordered, I confirmed I ordered two M&M McFlurrys. As I drove to the second window I noticed she only charged for one. As I sat at the window for 5 mins the children who were working there were to busy messing around to give me the McFlurry that was just sitting by the window. She finally opened the window and handed the 1 McFlurry. I again stated I ordered two and only charged for one. She got me another one that was only half way full and never apologized. The first one they gave me was obviously not even mixed and loaded with like 4 packs of M&Ms. I will not go back to this...
