Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Eddystone

I'm not sure what's happened to this Rita's in the past couple of years, but it seems that their employees are getting lazier and lazier. This past evening my husband and I took our son to get an after dinner treat. It was about 20 minutes to closing and when we went to the window the young man and woman were inside with baffled faces as to why customers were at the window. The young man raised his shoulders as to question why they had customers while the young woman continued to make a treat for herself. We tried speaking up but they acted like we weren't there. When we started to walk away a small group of kids their ages showed up and they decided to shoot the s*#t with them. Obviously they knew each other and didn't care about any other business. Way to go Rita's! Your franchise owner must to doing a great job leaving their store in the hands of a bunch of children. Children who get to decide whose money is worth it and...

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I visited this place a few days ago, 2 Employees looked my way when I walked up and didn’t bother to greet me and my son. Very ignorant and unprofessional. One of the young ladies was kind enough to come serve me. But 2 of the others sat on the chairs and watched her while giving me dirty looks. If I could give this place a zero, I would. The customer service was terrible and the red head young lady was rude, ignorant and nasty. I asked about a menu item and she completely dismissed me. I even heard her talking about my request with another thicker young lady that works beside her.

I’m thankful that I’m no longer rude to people because it could’ve gotten ugly if I was treated this way a few years ago. Don’t go here, spend your money somewhere else. Pick...
