My first time here I was hungry and wanted a veggie hoagie soI ordered a veggie hoagie on wheat roll the bl onde hair girl at the counter took my order she asked me if I wanted a long roll I said yes!! So I had paid for my stuff when I left the store I open the bag and seen that it was a wheat sandwich so I took it back and told the girl I wanted a wheat roll And they said they didn’t do wheat rolls and got Kaiser anyway and I handed my sandwich back to the girl that took my order And she said I’m not remaking that!! so the other girl that was making the sandwiches was really nice and she remade my sandwich.... The other two girls were nice

TO THE POINT !!!!! The BLONDE hair girl is rude, and she should have pacifically said when I ordered my hoagieThat they don’t have wheat rolls so instead she gave me a wheat sandwich!!

And I took a bite out of the sandwich and the rollIs beyond hard I can’t eat that!! Train your staff better and better...

The owner George is awesome and the food is very good. But some of the employees tend to be rude on occasion. For context I have been going to Vickies almost every single day for about a year now since I moved into Eddystone. But, Twice now I have been disrespected and treated like a criminal for no good reason.
