Worst star bucks ever! Here is why.. I went to Starbucks to get a venti shaken expresso light ice. Very simple. They messed it up they gave me a latte with extra vanilla?? Uhh didn't ask for that. I went back and said "hi uh I think you did my order wrong" they were very rude about it. I told her what it was supposed to be. She slammed the drink down and coffee came out of the top. Even though I asked for light ice. There was EXTRA ice. I told her again about it and refused to remake it saying it's my fault. I payed 7.76 for a drink that's all ice. Heck no. Never going back here again.
