Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Edgewood

Ordered online, bacon double cheese burger no tomatoes , large fries, large coke. Pulled in 3 minutes after my chosen time. Pulled up to stall 2 and let them know I arrived. I was given a bag and a large drink. I checked my drink and it was a regular coke, looked at my large order of fries and it’s a large cup partially filled with warm soggy fries, you know the ones that sit under a heat lamp longer than needed and get fresh fries dumped on top of them. I was optimistic and thought maybe the rest of my large order fries would be in the bag maybe they fell over in the bag, nope! So I drive home telling my self that’s why we don’t spend our money at this Sonic. I get in house sit down and open up my burger, it’s actually warm not hot but warm, I peel back the bun to see all the goodness and what’s sitting on top, two tomatoes I specifically deleted the tomatoes on my app order. So is it the app’s problem, the Sonic employee problem or Sonics problem. Why can you not get what you ask for and pay for these days. All I wanted was a nice double bacon cheeseburger no tomatoes, large fries and a large coke. To the management of this sonic. There is some rude workers that roll their eyes and very rude by saying what do want. I went up to the window no intercom came on I thought it was broke. I went up to the window and told the girl I wanted to order a drink , but the intercom never came on I thought it was broke she said No its not broke she had a bad attitude about me just asking for a drink. I ask her not to be rude to me I wasn't sure if it was broke. I ordered but never came back to try and take money. I had to pick up my grandkid. They needed a sense of urgency at the drive thru. There were 2 girls a blonde and dark headed girl. I could see they were talking about me looking back and smirking. This is not good customer...

I stopped in the Sonic Drive-In here in Edgewood Texas to get something to eat well the the gentleman took my where he was kind and well-mannered and I asked pretty much for just a number to Super Sonic cheeseburger with nothing but onions maybe three jalapenos and mayonnaise well they sent me a burger with the meat well done pretty much burnt didn't have flavor and nothing so I complained about it to the lady let her know my issue and then they brought me another Burger will this burger was the same way if not worse so I recommend nobody coming this Sonic or you know make sure you're ordered you check your order before you leave here but as for me I will not...
