Eat'n Park — Restaurant in Edgeworth

The incompetence of some of the employees is unreal. Ordered take out food, only to find when I got home that multiple things were missing. I told the woman who answered the phone (same girl who took my phone order and physically gave me the bag) that I was missing an item, and her response was "that I didn't ask for it" when taking my order. The meal I ordered came with a side fries and dinner bread (the menu and photo shows that), and she continued to explain to me that I never specified my side or ask for the dinner bread, nor did she ask for my side choice or what type of bread I wanted. Yes mam, I'm ordering a $12 meal, and don't want the side or dinner bread since I'm paying for those too. I didn't think if I ordered a combo meal, that I would have to clearly specify the entire list of items I should get.

TLDR: NEVER EVER EVER leave this place without 100% confirming your order or items in your bag. Literally 3 out of the last 5 times I've gotten take out, something has been missing, and twice it's been with the same girl. Poor service, poor quality, poor...

It was a nice clean environment the food was great I had eggs over easy what's hash browns Angelo had bacon and toast and he had a cookies and cream milkshake the service was great they have people space that every other table and it was just a nice atmosphere seeing people in their relaxed without their masks on eating and like I said the waitress was very nice today was very nice me and my son ate there again I had the broiled card which was excellent I had two pieces it was so good it melted in my mind it was cooked perfectly and also I had the pretzels with the nacho cheese dip and onion rings and mashed potatoes and turkey gravy and I also ate a breakfast sandwich that was made with a bagel sauce bacon egg whites and American cheese and it was delicious too. My son had chicken fingers and french fries they were delicious he said our waitress was Marcy she was very nice very polite and I left my sunglasses there and she put them up for me for the next time I go back good people good place to eat and...

So this morning I went to having breakfast with my daughter, we got egg Benedict , pancake, coffee and orange juice, the bill was 27.45 so I paid 31 total leaving the 3.55 tip take 31 total, right after I PAID my daughter ordered a blt sandwich to go for her mom to bring at work, so we put the order in and when we was ready to pay I was asked to pay 38 dollars total including the breakfast I had with my daughter, I gently showed the waitress that I already paid the breakfast and I asked to just pay the sandwich, so the manager go involved and one waitress was at the counter said to the manager that I was robbing the other waitress and embarrassing me with my daughter! I got very angry hearing that because the other waitress knew that I've already paid, so I got my daughter left the sandwich on the counter and left. I WILL NEVER AGAIN GO TO EAT AND PARK! that waitress should be ashamed herself she got involved without knowing what happened !...
