Burger King — Restaurant in Edgeworth

If I could give this particular BK a negative rating, I absolutely would. My husband and I stopped in for lunch today. We waited quite awhile before anyone bothered to take our order. Once we ordered I decided I needed some ranch. Another person (who was not the one who took our order), says "I have to charge you for them." I ordered a meal with fries you're allowed one sauce, but I asked for two so okay, cool. Instead of explaining calmly that that's not how it goes anymore and ALL sauces are extra, the dude starts getting loud with my husband and myself. He was screaming obscenities that the entire restaurant was able to hear. He was fat and had long red dreads hanging down his back. First of all, if you have long hair like that, why do you not have a hair net on?! Secondly, I understand it may be hard for him to walk from one area to the other because of how far he is, but that's not exactly my problem. To SCREAM obscenities throughout the whole entire restaurant for someone asking a question is INSANE to me. And THEN, that same guy (who is NOT a manager, by the way) proceeds to tell us to leave HIS store. Excuse me?! Now let me make something clear. I DID in fact, pay for my sauces. I asked for my receipt and instead of giving it to me he wrinkled it up and walked away without giving me my sauces and without ringing up the other several people that were behind us. $0.64 is nothing, really. It's the principle. I called to speak with a manager shortly thereafter and was told I'd get a phone call from the GM. I'd like to say that I never got a phone call. This is the most ghetto location I have EVER in my life been to. Not only are the employees worthless, the store is filthy. The floors are sticky, garbage everywhere, mold on the ceiling. Please stay as FAR away from this...

Will never go here again. Went thru drive thru Ordered 3 large sandwiches, large onion rings fresh out of grease. I got parked by the railing because the presenter lied to me and said they were waiting on my chicken. Turns out he gave my food to the wrong car. Twenty minutes, no exaggeration, later no one has come out or bothered to even acknowledge me so I shut off my car and go into the filthiest burger king I've ever seen, staff standing around playing on cellphones ,talking to each other while manager ran around like a chicken with his head cut off, while his crew with the exception of the skinny white guy cleaning the one vat, no one was doing anything.it wasn't busy. There was trash and grease all over the floor, finally I got the managers attention, got my money back and went to a competitor manager didn't apologize or accept any accountability had an I don't care attitude.i demanded the corporate number which was given to me on a greasy piece of paper with an attitude. Decided to call the general manager first his name is Steven. He apologized and arranged for me to go in the next Friday when he was working to repair the situation. Explained I couldn't get there til after7pm . He said he would stay til 8 I get there and he left at 5. I go back the following Wednesday go thru drive thru and ask for him, rudely told "I can't give out his schedule".i call multiple times get Craig, Steve is not there.....was told he'd be there Saturday..well I was busy Saturday. Older woman making the orders had no gloves on and was alternating between sticking her hands in the containers of pickles, yes both, and throwing items in the trash then resuming making the burgers ordered in the drive thru. And she wasn't the only one wearing no gloves, the young girl that took our order was making the orders of fries, cooking and bagging, with no gloves in between waiting on us. When the young girl disappeared without making our drinks we had to speak up multiple times to get the older woman's attention and then she gave us a cup that had been sitting out with product half filled in it from before we got there, when asked for a fresh cup she got nasty but did it anyways. The whole time I never saw either of them wash their hands or seem to have any regard for public health. I'm really sad about this, we gave this place multiple shots since moving here and the only time it was good was during the morning when a Manager waited on us. Even the food tastes like nobody cares, and after that...
