UPDATE: Nothing has changed. I don't know if the owner is cheap, but they barely put meat in anything they sell and when this location first opened, this wasn't an issue with portion sizes. I'm thankful that a new location opened on broadleaf as they arent like this. However, it would be nice to not have to drive far for some basic, fast-food. It's bad enough that we are all struggling with prices. Paying $13 for one meal that barely includes the lowest quality ingredients in the world just doesn't sit well with us. I can make a better quality salad with no meat and chips for $2 at home of a much higher quality. Is there no corporate standards these franchises have to meet? They are ripping people off. I'm gonna start returning food everytime it isn't right. Corporate needs to know about this. I will post more pics the next time we go. Several times I have come here since it has opened. The last 5 or 6 times my crunchwrap and chalupas havent had any meat in them. Maybe a tablespoon for the entire crunchwrap and today they even put beans in it to try and stretch the meat. Thank God I wasnt allergic. I've called every time I've this has happened and as soon as this review is up, I'm calling corporate. The manager tells me that it's all measured out. There is no way possible that they are doing it correctly. This area doesnt see alot of business so I'm thinking that maybe they are trying to cut unforeseen costs as they havent been open a year yet. I've taken pictures of what I have been getting from them. Hopefully google reviews let's me post it.

This is the second time I’ve ordered from here and have requested no tomatoes, but have still received food with tomatoes. I’m grabbing a bag in the drive through and have to be quick getting back to work, so I have to trust that I’m getting what I requested. I have a mild allergy to tomatoes, so having my work lunch be inedible multiple times is really unpleasant.

Taco Bell is Taco Bell as far is food goes, but the service here is awful, they have you pull around to the front after ordering in the drive through just to wait out front for 15+ minutes. Half the time items are missing or made wrong. Clearly understaffed, you can see in the picture they have 3 cars waiting for food, myself, and another car behind me

I don’t know who this Ryan fellow is but he clearly is disturbed and depressed in his life. If he actually thinks the store closed down 2 hours early because workers are leaving before their shift ends then he’s funny. I mean don’t you need approval from their manager to leave early? Either way all these kids are nice. Had RYAN actually talked to someone like a normal human being rather than typing in the little in their reclusive, dark, dirty, stinky, trashy car then the people at that store would’ve helped them out. Cause even if I have a problem; they have nice customer service and is more than happy to help me. My food was amazing. The only thing they forgot was sauce which is a easy fix. Oh ALSO Ryan if you ever get out of your car and go inside and socialize like normal human beings you can clearly see them understaffed every single day of the week.(like almost every other store) Only if people like Ryan would...

We ordered online for pickup as this location was listed as open until midnight. We drove for 20 minutes to get to the restaurant only for the lights and menu to be off. We drove thru the drive thru and nobody answered. Eventually we drove around and flagged down an employee inside. She told us that they had ran out of food and we couldn't get our order. I asked about getting our money back as we had both placed mobile orders over $20 each. I was told that it would automatically refund since we didn't get our orders. However driving home we both received notifications thanking us for picking up our orders. So no refunds were issued as the app thinks we received our food. I have contacted Taco Bell and have heard nothing back. If it's anything like the last time this happened 2 year ago I won't ever...
