I was very disgusted and upset with the cake decorator Adriana that did our cake for a Bridal Shower! Mind you not only did I bring her flowers to use on the cake and trim she didnt even use them! She made no effort to match the Colors and not only were the colors on the cake wrong you could see on the white trim what should've been completely white she used a piping bag that a blue color in it at one point that stained the white on the cake!! I had paid for my cake in advance so I was extremely upset!! She only offered to refund my money, but I couldnt leave there without a cake!! It was horrible! I will never give them business again nor recommend that bakery to anyone bad customer service!! Its to bad too all the other workers I interacted with were very nice and their bread always taste great! Was extremely disappointed with the cake we received for my gender reveal my gender. Keeper informed me that she ordered a two flavored cake, a half-and-half cake to ensure that everyone of my guests had an option that they could enjoy according to my gender keeper she told the woman who placed the order what time we needed the cake which was 1 o’clock and She ended up contacting my gender keeper to let her know that she wasn’t going to be available until almost 2 o’clock, which made my gender keep relate to the event, and considering that she was the gender keeper it pushed back the entire event by the time we actually cut the cake, most of my guests had already left and again my gender keeper ordered and paid for a two flavored cake only to cut through on both sides to find that it was 100% vanilla with the filling she did not request very very very disappointing Will never be ordering from this...
