It may just be me. It may just be the way people view me. I don't know but generally this location they tend to have females young. Maybe one or two elderly women working the cashier. Not very fond of these individuals they have a sense of missing out completely on the whole smiles. Hello good morning, welcome. they recognize me from doing doordash. I've even spoken with the store manager so when they present this to them or they read it themselves from the company. Hey, yes I know we spoke once already but I'm finally leaving a review at times these individuals just skip the whole pleasantries and just assume individuals are doing doordash cuz we have a phone out at times, one of their elderly ladies questions me to double-check they're handing me the correct order as if I don't know what I'm doing. I feel very very uncomfortable coming here. I'm attempting to work on behalf of doordash and of the aspect of customer service in partnership with Whataburger. Two pleasantly accurately swiftly service the customer with the delivery bringing them their renown product yet these individuals. I speak to them at times and it's as if there's a problem with me asking a question. Another coworker immediately comes over and asks them "what's going on" or "what happened " the old lady jumps in and gives the behavior response. There's an issue immediately. Not always back to back but it's there every other time. This is very annoying. Cashier's supposed to have a sense of knowing the product being able to upsell customers Don't know what they want. They just know they want to come and give your business a dollar or two. You're supposed to capitalize on this right? They fell at this ! I feel that there's one individual, a young gentleman back there he's a cook he assisted me with placing an order. Once beautifully done. Perhaps they should get some of the male individuals opportunity there in the front. Primarily, I think the company should just rethink the whole thing of training them getting...
Read moreOrder # 709892. I already had imagined my meal before getting to Whataburger. A #2 all the way double cheese with a Dr Pepper a gravy on the side and some onion rings on the side. I get my order take off feeling confident everything I ordered, and they repeated back to me is in my bag. I get home there's no gravy in my bag....no prob there's ketchup. Then I see no onion rings either... I'm like wth I know they repeated my order. I check receipt to see if I was even charged sure enough. So I call and let them know I'll be there for my items. I live 10 min away. No prob right. The female Manager who handled my call didnt apologize but does say come back and let them know u spoke with me and they will get you your items. I get there there are a couple of cars ahead of me in drive thru so I wait. Once I get to the window I tell the girl that I had just called and spoke to a manager about my missing onion rings and gravy. She makes me wait calls a male manager who doesn't even know what I'm talking about and also didn't bother to apologize. They make me wait again. 10 min waiting for some onion rings and a gravy. The reason I called before hand was so that I wouldn't have to wait again. The girl finally brings me my items and doesn't even apologize for the wait or the mistake. It took me 10 min to go back, 10 min to wait for what they forgot, and 10 min to get back home to a cold #2 and cold soggy fries. A simple sincere apology goes a very long way. It's sad that 3 people that I came across in one business couldn't say I apologize for the mistake. It all starts at the top. I can't even blame the workers for their lack of manners because it's the managers job to teach them better. But hey at least the gravy and onion...
Read moreThis is the Whataburger that is closest to my home, therefore I order often from here. Since it has open not once have I had a satisfactory visit both drive thru or dine in. The restaurant seems to always have either staffing and/or quality issues. The constant issues we have are poorly prepared and served food, speed of service, order accuracy and attention to customer service. My latest disappointing visit was today, 11/22/23, I ordered at 7:15pm. My wait time was about 25 min and consisted of 3 different burgers. Through the drive thru window, I observed about 8 employees working and was asked about 5 times for my order and the name of my order by 2 different employees. Our full order was incorrect. After getting home and immediately seeing our order was wrong, I called the restaurant 5 times and no one ever answered. I also, ordered a side of grilled jalapeños and got a measly serving (see picture). While, I am less critical of fast food restaurants because "you get what you pay for", it is beyond disgraceful the way customers are being served and treated for a service and food we are paying for, and my hope is someone from upper management sees and addreses these basic things being missed for a popular burger joint as WAB is....
