Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Edinburg

This is the WORST Little Caesars ever. The big girl that works the front ignores everyone then proceeds to talk about customers as they are leaving either inside or the drive-thru. I don't know her name cuz they don't wear name tags. They treat the customer/drivers like they are a bother. Waited over 30 mins for a pizza the young lady with the colored eyes was the only one that carries herself with manners. The manager was to busy eating and drinking to care that her staff was incompetent of making a pizza. She(Ysenia I believe was her name) came to the front opened all the pizza boxes to find that they had put the pizza in the wrong place. Didn't apologize nor gave a hoot. I called cuz I was so frustrated that I waited over 30 mins and still left without a pizza. Manager stated that "she is allowed to eat behind the counter because she has employees to work while she eats." Not sure the Health Department would agree. The big girl work the front should be taught customer service skills and etiquette. I did contact corporate and waiting on results. Never again plus they don't practice clean safety measures while...

-100 ⭐ So today everything was going as planned till my husband and I decided to buy some pizza for our kiddos dinner honestly we didn't feel like cooking today. 😁 So I went to Little Caesars and I ordered a Hot and Ready Pepperoni Pizza with crazy crust and some Cheese Bread... The lady told me that it was going to take like 10 minutes which we were ok with. She walks away and I stand there waiting for my receipt and I see the same lady getting a pizza and doing crazy crust on it and then she gets a pack of crazy bread with a cup of sauce and she hands it to me. So at that moment I was so confused haha. I told her "Ma'am I'm here waiting for my receipt and I didn't order that.. I ordered a Hot and Ready with crazy crust and some cheese bread and I want both fresh". I know she got mad because my pizza was the same one she had made 10 minutes before my cheese bread was ready (she said my pizza was fresh) hahaha. I know it wasn't because I checked it when my husband drove away from the parking lot. My cheese bread was BURNT 🔥 and I DIDN'T GET MY SAUCE for my cheese bread. Ready bad business....

I i can give them a 0 o would so it was pack the wanted me to park in the front of the store when there was no parking space so I waited in front not a parking space bud I mean there was no else so the girl manager comes outside and tells me I need to park in the front I mean if she would of been cain and respectful I would of move bud she wasn’t and then she told me to never again park here and I said excuse me I was really not in a bad mood if not I would of been a different person lol I mean if the owners aloud this manager to treat the customers that give them the pay everyday shame on them sorry to say mrs and mr Martinez bud u guys are makings something wrong in getting this kind...
