Mi Tea — Restaurant in Edison

I will never order from this place again. I placed a DoorDash order specifically for a strawberry milk and left a clear note asking them to contact me if there were any issues. I even called ahead to make sure everything was understood. Despite that, they sent the wrong item. When I called back to explain I was frustrated — especially because this was for my daughter — they rudely hung up on me and then blocked my number. Their customer service is disgusting, their teas aren’t even as good as they used to be, and the way they treated me was completely unacceptable. Luckily, DoorDash refunded my money — and I have proof that I left a note asking them to contact me. Meanwhile, the woman I spoke to just kept repeating “no you didn’t” before hanging up and blocking me. Absolutely disgusting business practices. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. BEWARE.

Honestly, didnt know this was nearby HMart. Ordering was quick, but recieveing your drink and also finding out they ran out of a topping was super delayed. I ordered their "Coconut Milk with Pudding" and they told me that they ran out of Pudding 15-20mins after I ordered. I told them that they dont need to add the topping then, they said they cant do that and order an alternative topping or alternative drink, so I choose Coconut Jelly as my alternative topping. I then waited a whole other 15~20mins to recieve my drink that was a mix of pudding and coconut jelly. There was a LOT of people waiting for their drinks to be honest and I think they just had a lot of online orders(?) Who knows. But this was my unfortunet first time, I'll try again next time to see if anything changes. There are some knock-off brand Jenga and UNO to entertain yourselves while...

Not very impressed. I ordered a coconut milk tea with mango pudding, one of their popular options. Looks to be about 3 tablespoons of mango pudding, 1-2 tablespoons of canned coconut milk cut with a cup of water, and some lactose free milk added to the rest of the container. Expensive for what it was... I expected either more/better ingredients and flavor. Overall taste was like skim milk with a pinch of coconut flavor.

They also didn't call out order numbers or names. I saw mine was done and they set it aside as if it was going to be part of someone else's bulk order so I grabbed it, had my order number on it, and walked out.

Cashier was polite, but the other staff didn't acknowledge/interact with the customer. Plus the entire place smelled like a restroom that needed cleaning. Granted the bathroom was open but it shouldn't be so bad to fill...
