Very irritating experience. I mobile ordered 1 drink at 8:53am and left the store at 9:14am. I, like every other customer in that store, have work to get back to. I mobile ordered my drink a few minutes before I even left to head to this location and was still waiting over 5 minutes for the drink. Ok I get it, tons of mobile orders coming in, that's fine. The baristas on bar were very communicative and working hard. What really irritated me was that there was no cream carafe at the bar which I had to go to the front and ask for one. Simple enough right? I waited about 8 minutes just to get that carafe. Why? Because the barista took FOREVER just to get them even filled and then moved on to bagging up mobile orders at the handoff bar. I waited and waited until I finally went up and asked if the cream was still in existence and she just unapologetically grabbed the carafe from the corner of their counter and handed it to me. Seriously?? I waited almost 10 minutes for some stupid cream that should have been there and the whole time it was just on the back counter where customers cannot access it?? What should have been a 15-minute break from work ended up being over 25 minutes, not because of the baristas on bar, but because of a lazy barista that can't even walk cream out to the condiment bar. As a former starbucks partner myself, this is very upsetting. Where is the customer service starbucks is so...
Read moreOkay my friends! Katie, Kathryn & Monique are the best! Let me tell you a story! I come from north of Marysville and work in Shoreline. I had heard there was an accident on I-5 southbound. I got off at 128th in Everett, the traffic was backed up even before 128th. I stopped at he 128th Starbucks and bought 4 large drinks for myself and coworkers. I decided to take hwy 99 to 175th where I work. It was also backed up from the overflow of traffic from I-5 and they were doing construction so it went down to one lane. Everyone was going with the flow until this white SUV decided the flow f traffic wasn't fast enough for him and went down the right shoulder then sped across in front of people through the intersection which caused everyone to slam on their brakes including myself. Yes, you got it, when I slammed on my brakes my dashboard, front seat and carpet wore all 4 drinks.
When I got to 220th Starbucks I walked in and was greeted with smiles and welcome in. It was great! Excellent customer service. I told them my situation and without hesitation they offered to remake all my drinks without charging me again and they offered me paper towel and spray to clean my newly bought car.
They made an awful situation a pleasant one just with their smiles and great customer service! Thank you again Katie, Kathryn & Monique, you are truly amazing! I will tell everyone about my...
Read moreShow up to pick up a DoorDash order. Employee informs me that the drink is ready and that another employee needs to place a bottle of water in the bag. Ok.
Takes about 3-4 minutes and everything is placed in the bag and sealed. Then the bag is placed against the wall. I’m standing there for about 5 minutes watching the person that I first talked to, hand out orders that were placed after I arrived.
The reason for the bad review is because it almost like I was forgotten about or that I was a low priority…. The drink by the time I had arrived must’ve been ready to go for at least 2-4 minutes. Then the additional 3-4 minutes until the order was ready to go. Let’s put it at 7 minutes in total until the order was sealed and ready to go. In that time, the drink which was cold starts to warm up. In addition to that, in order to drop off to the customer is another 15-20 minutes.
Also take into consideration that you are wasting my time and costing me money by every minute that you delay me. This is not the first time that this has happened to me at this location. I’ve waited 10 minutes before and have not received any help from the staff. All in All,...
