Ambiance: 5/5 The atmosphere is casual and inviting, reminiscent of classic noodle houses in Hong Kong. It’s bustling but not overwhelming, making it a great spot for a relaxed meal.
Authenticity: 5/5 This place nails the essence of traditional Cantonese cuisine. The wonton noodles were exactly how they should be — firm yet springy, with wontons that burst with flavor. The broth was clear, fragrant, and perfectly seasoned.
Flavor: 5/5 The flavors here are spot on. The wontons were filled with juicy shrimp, and the noodles maintained just the right texture without getting soggy. Every dish we tried was satisfying, with a great balance of flavors that kept us wanting more.
Cost: 5/5 Portions are generous, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality and authenticity of the food. You get excellent value for your money.

Read moreThe worse place to eat. This place is dirty as hell. Take a look around for yourself. They kept using the same super dirty stinky clothes cleaning all the tables over and over again. The bleach they used was too strong, on the tables, on the glasses and all the utensils they use here is loaded with Bleach. I ordered take out. 2 orders of Wonton Noodles soup and they ONLY gave me one Soup/Broth. I came back to get another soup they charged me almost $7 more but I can't eat 2 bowls of Noodles with one soup. I told them they charged me $15 for my soysauce chowfun . Same price as Beef Chowfun and they can't off set for the soup. They said NO WAY they will do that. I asked why they gave me ONLY ONE soup for 2 orders of Noodles. They said I suppose to tell them ahead of time if I want the soup separate but how in the world would I know that when it's suppose to come with 2 separate soups to start with? When people ordered 2 soups, you give them 2 soups. They are not suppose to combine the soup in one container andvexpecting us to know what's going on and not to mention we're NOT going to have enough soup for the 2 bowls of Wonton Noodles. The Noodles soup came with Zero Bean sprouts or Lettuce. All and all this place is horrible. The workers are horrible. Way too expensive for what you get. I was near by that's why I made my stop today. I'm Disgusted by the people working here treating me like I'm begging...
Read moreWe used to go to the Wonton Noodle House a lot pre pandemic. However due to the building fire at their old location, they were closed for a couple years. We were excited to see that they opened up next to the 99 ranch market, just the next block down from their old location.
The restaurant has quite a bit of seating (compared to their original location before remodel). The prices have definitely gone up since the last time I dined it. The dry noodle dishes were all under $10 but now they are at least $12.50. I do like their dry noodles with wonton as it is a simple but a delicious dish. Their wontons are pretty tasty and packed with meat/shrimp.
During our visit to the new location, the service (like what other people mentioned) was slow. They were well staffed with waitresses but it seems like they were short on cooks. It took a while for our beef chow fun to come out (it came out at least 15 minutes after our dry noodle dishes) but their reasoning was being understaffed.
Despite the slower service and the price increase (which is expected during this time of inflation), I was happy to see Wonton Noodle House back. This is a simple yet great place to get some Chinese food in Edmonds, whether you’re craving noodle soup or dry...
