Literally awful experience. And it will happily be my last one. The manager there is worse and worse everytime I've gone, and this time it was insane how she treated me and other customers. People were leaving because she wouldn't stop shouting about how it would supposedly take 30 minutes-- spoiler alert, it didn't take 30 minutes. Hardly anyone was there and there was a pretty big amount of employees compared to usual. I wanted the HTTYD meal, but I was super confused with all the options in the app vs basically none in person. So I was a little confused and lost, so I just simply showed it to her and explained why I was confused. Immediately she was snappy and rude. I'm AWFULLY soft-spoken at the counter. Especially since I already have some crippling level of social anxiety. "They aren't going to hurt you!" they usually say. Well well. The next 3-5 minutes of ordering was a nightmare. She kept giving more attitude, rolling her eyes, shouting at employees behind her, and sighing and huffing. She wasn't helpful at all. I answered everything she asked me perfectly. I told her I was feeling overwhelmed and she completely ignored me and continued to be awful and rude. By the end of it I was tearing up and visibly shaking. I could hardly even make decisions because she just kept rushing me and being so insanely unhelpful.
Before that, my grandpa was trying to order. He was having a difficult time, but the way she responded was BEYOND helping. It was making it 10x worse. Who gives attitude to an elderly guy because he's confused? What happened to respecting your elders? Especially when they aren't being rude to you and just need extra help?
I ended up having to lock myself in their (rather disgusting and unaccessible) bathroom and just crying for a minute because it was so insanely ridiculous and overstimulating. After I had eaten for a bit, she was suddenly UNCOMFORTABLY friendly. But instead of apologizing for her attitude, she just started asking me about how the food was. I simply said it was good while filling out a complaint to customer support. I've never done that anywhere, let alone write a GOOGLE REVIEW of all things, but this was genuinely the worst restaurant experience ive ever had. Happily never...
Read moreThe cashier was beyond ride to the family in front of us. It was purely based off of race. Me and the person I was with were treated great. Lisa (cashier) complained about everything they did at the counter. They got a drink and she said what would do you want to drink and they said water and she got upset and told them they HAVE to put water in there cups . When they asked for water to drink. They asked for ketchup, there was three people in there group and she gave a tiny amount of ketchup. Then when giving more ketchup ( packets this time) she threw them onto there tray with a little to much force cause she was viably upset. When they said to kindly not throw them at them cause they asked politely. She continued to yell and scream at the customers and carry on in the back loudly to her peers. She was so insubordinate to her manager and arguing and the manager was trying to get her to calms down and handle it professionally. I called to let the manager on duty know and was told maybe I shouldn't have been rude, excuse me she had an attitude from the start and I was nothing but polite until after i called and was told I was rude. When I was handed my drink it had ice, I simply kept me arm extended to hand it back and asked "can I get this without ice please". I was not rude and didn't "shove" the drink back at her like she lied and told the manager Brenden. So I let him know since he was extremely rude and placed the blame on me I would be bringing the food back for a refund.
