Starbucks — Restaurant in El Cajon

I just experienced ONE of the Worst case scenarios from any Starbucks, ( one that was literally laughed over by the store manager ) I asked , as I Always do, at the speaker , what is the Dark roast flavor today ? and the response was , Sumatra , " Oh, That's Very good stuff " I replied , pulled up, quickly received my Two Vente' s left a dollar tip as I try and usually do, and took off, later on the road, As I began to Relish my fresh cup of Sumatra, I couldn't taste ANYTHING, it was like liquid paper, completely Flavor Less!!! So I took a couple extra sips , Hoping that My taste buds were just funky, Nope , No flavor, So I called them, asked for the manager , Who, as it turned out, answered my call, after she heard my story , she said she recognized Me, So that told me that it Was exactly who she sounded like, ( she actually Knew me as I placed my order ) She asked me if I wanted to return and that they would brew me a brand new cup, and I said No, Just please TASTE it , just to See if My tasters Off, or , Did someone put the wrong coffee in not my cup, She laughed , and said, " They had run out of what I asked for, and Did fill Both cups up with the Blond " ? or something like that, I said WHAT ? Thanks for being Honest , I Will NEVER EVER buy coffee from That store again . And , I Urge and recommend that whoever reads to this does the same see,

I told her that what they did, ( Especially with the store managers consent ) was Completely and Totally Unexceptionable....

this place needs some upgrading , I got 2 drinks a Strawberry acai with lemonade and one with water. They made both with water and before they gave me the second drink I said that doesn’t have lemonade, we stood there going back and forth like I know when a drink has lemonade and I don’t even work there how am I more educated about a drink that the person working . The one with water is transparent while the lemonade isn’t and is lighter. Then I proceeded to aggressively say I want the drink with lemonade because the people working there just standing trying to tell me that’s how the drink is and I’m like no maam. They eventually made me a drink with lemonade and it is DISGUSTING the strawberry acai with lemonade taste like medicine , it’s embarrassing for you because multiple people face this issue even the albertsons starbucks strawberry açaís taste better. My word of advice is TEACH YOUR WORKERS HOW TO MAKE GOOD ENOUGH STRAWBERRY AÇAÍS , if that means getting advice from other starbucks...

I stop and grab my impossible breakfast sandwich and trenta iced coffee with whole milk pretty much every day this store has a quick pick up area as long as the store hours are open, if the store is not open you just call in and they will bring your order out to you so you don't have to wait and they're very long drive through they do have a long drive through it's usually very busy, but they have a very good crew and they get you through the drive-thru pretty quickly,

We on a high-rise window cleaning company and it's our quick pickup and go before we're out there on the job we also spend a lot of time at the gym before or after work or on our days off and it's nice to use this as our energy drink,
