Puerto Nuevo Patio and Grill — Restaurant in El Centro

The food is good. The service needs a lot of improvement. I've been here 3 times and I won't be coming back!!!! 1st strike, they charged my card a different amount from the actual service! I check my balance after I make purchases and it was not the same, it was more and I even left a tip!!! I called them on the difference and they fixed it. 2nd strike, We went back again and this time ordered to go and the waitress took the order told us to wait in the the car. She asked where we were parked as she would bring the order to our car in 10 mins. She never came!! 20 minutes later my husband went back for his order which shouldn't have taken that long. He got a medium shrimp cocktail. My husband got no apology for the wait and to add insult to injury the waitress took food to one of the neighboring offices after he got his food. 3rd and final strike, credit cards were used each time we've come here and they charge a non-cash fee when you use a card as many businesses do. When my husband paid today, the non-cash fee was $0.52. When I paid on our last visit, the non-cash fee was $1.66. Those non-cash fees should be the same!!! Service was great, atmosphere ok, but food was not good at all , meat was cold, hard to chew, rice was have old moldy test, beans was old cooked and no flavor, al pastors taco was old cooked meat, also cold no flavor, menudo was ok tested fresh but besides the meat and soup nothing and tortilla nothing else was with very unusual, Clean not very impressive, man bathroom was closed not working, female bathroom was dirty , no single use sit cover, kitchen didn’t look very clean as well.
