McDonald's — Restaurant in El Dorado

I ordered through the app for a counter service order before arriving. My order was for me and 2 kids and the kids sharing a 20 piece nugget meal plus extra drink and a quarter pounder meal for myself. With only 1 person ahead of me in line when I went to grab our drink cups and no one behind me it should have been quick..instead the employee at the register before acknowledging me so I could ask for my cups started interacting and carrying on a conversation with another employee who then placed an order of their own.

Once I was finally able to get my drink cup and find a table it was quickly evident i would not find a clean table. So I had to get napkins with sanitizer to wipe down the least dirty one.

As 20 minutes past I realized people who arrived after me had started receiving their food. So I went to check on my order just to find out it was ' prepared ' but must have been given to another customer so I had to wait again for my order to be readied.

My fries were cold, and was told they didn't have BBQ sauce.

We went inside because it was after the lunch rush and they were not busy inside.

This is ridiculous, if I would have been at a dinning restaurant where I customized my order I could...

I love this mcdonald's so much more than the one on the avenue!! The staff is friendly!! They don't get my order wrong as much, and when I DoorDash from there, they actually are helpful unlike the other mcdonald's in town.

UPDATED!! That above was 3 years ago when I gave them a 4 star. Now?? No. Not even no but hell no. I go here a lot for lunch at work and my gosh -.- they never have ketchup!! They didn’t have toilet paper neither. They tried to not give us our cups so we had to ask. When I asked for ketchup the guy rudely told me they didn’t have any like I was supposed to be psychic enough to know. Screw this place. Who tf orders for them and hires people here?!? And why do yall have someone at the front cashier just standing there and on his phone and had zero clue how to print a receipt? I’m working 12 hours in the dang 100 degrees heat but they can’t get their shit together in the effin AC??!

The manager was great I will say but how tf is the turnover rate so bad that yall are hiring...

On 1/21/17, my mother who is elderly, my two sisters and I stopped in this McDonald's to take shelter from the weather. I would just like to say that the crew that was working last night needs to be highly commended for their hospitality, concern and genuine concern for their patriots that was in there during this frieghtening experience. They made sure that we were all moved to the back by the freezer with the door open and ready for us to enter if necessary. You see there were tornado warnings out every where, sirens going off and everyone was scared. How ever your employees acted in a very professional Manner and helped to make us as comfortable as possible in this situation. We all had a moment of prayer and that definantly seem to calm everyone there! God watched over us all and the employees there did there best to keep us safe! I just want to give a huge thank you to all of you last night for your caring and help! Way to go Mickey D's...
