I ordered a California burrito, chicken burrito, and a quesadilla. The California burrito and the chicken burrito both had tender, moist, and super flavorful meat inside. The potatoes in the cali burrito melt in your mouth and meld perfectly with the juice from the beef. Beyond the deliciousness of the burrito fillings, they are wrapped in fluffy, griddled, homeade tortillas to bring it all together. The quesadilla was nice and cheesy, and not greasy at all. Today was our first visit to Las Comadres. It most certainly will not be the last! The absolute most delicious Mexican food we've ever had here in town, and we try nearly every Mexican restaurant out there in order to find real authentic food. Happy to say our search is over! Great service and good food. Location needs improvement as it appears run down. The signs are old and faded, could use brighter colors and higher signs to stand out from being hidden in the corner off Grand. Also the outdoor seating is sun damaged really bad.. they need a sun cover over the outdoor seating. Andd the parking lot is limited, only a few spots to even stop just for picking up an order to go.
