Surprise Bins — Local services in El Mirage

Honest review: The place is cool.... you find returns from Amazon, Khols etc.... however check items as they can be damaged and or missing pcs Some finds are great and depending on the day you go. However the mexican older dark skinned lady who works on the weekends in the afternoons is not the greatest worker. She is dishonest and steals from her boss. I have caught her several of times taking items and hiding them behind the register or next to a big couch by the register and saying customers can't take those items and she later buys them at a cheaper price. She also hides and holds items for her friends and does the same for them. This is the 2nd time she charges me in cash and leaves items behind which I then go to tell her she left it behind and conveniently she doesn't recall and states u paid cash and we don't offer receipts for cash so... i will inform the owner and have her get back to you after she checks the cameras. I asked for the owners phone number and she refused. She insisted on telling her herself and didn't even want me buying the item and instead waiting because she wanted to take it. I insisted and paid the higher price due to her slip up.( her forgetting to put my item in the cart was her fault and leaving it by the couch) so even though i checked on Sunday she refused to have me pay the $5 & said $8 + tax and card fees because it was by her stash of items. She overall is very un trustworthy and ripped me off not once or twice but 3 times. Watch out ask for a recipe, count your items, check them, and just keep your ears and eye opened. It's unfortunate because I don't even think the owners know what she does. If not handled, accordingly I plan on reporting to the county for taxes fraud and not...

This store delivers big considering how small it is!

Every week there is a great deal waiting if you are willing to be patient and do a little digging. Yes it can get crowded, especially on $1 day, but that's exactly what you'd expect when you can get things at a better price than Dollar Tree or a thrift store.

I just want to add that stores come in all shapes and sizes, and yes this is a small store. There is lot's of overstock that is stored under the bins for the following weeks restock. You wouldn't go behind the counter at CVS or to the back warehouse at Walmart, so it's similar here. So to save anyone the pain of feeling prejudiced against, just pick through the bins, not under them.

Also, there are select pieces that are not priced what the bins are, because they are mostly out of the bins. I say mostly because like all stores, often a customer may leave an item where it doesn't belong. So yes, I have had the same thing happen where I thought an item was $1 or $5, but it was really moved from the electronic pile where it had an $8 tag.

If there are no carts or bags, you can do what many bin shoppers do and bring your own IKEA bag. In fact do bring a bag because the carts are very limited here, and you have an easier time moving around without a cart. I could go on for many more paragraphs countering some of the negative reviews that were posted but ultimately everyone has the right to experience their own experiences.

In closing, I LOVE this store! It's always great to see the changing stock while also supporting a local small business, and of course finding...

Hello my name is Fernando. for the people who go frequently to surprise bins if you all know me today the lady who owns the bins told everyone that it's $10 everything in the tables. Well today I went with my girlfriend and she found a pandora bracelet! We went to the register and as soon as the lady saw the brand she said o I'm sorry it's a mistake someone must have grabbed it from the table and put it there this item is actually $50. No you clearly don't fallow your own policy of $10 item not only that once you find out what brand and price you automatically remove it from the table up pricing people after telling us she hardly makes any money out of this update today 12/15/23 did the same thing again pathetic. Excuse made other people put it in the table when she just opened on a Friday when they refill the whole table themselves what a scam good luck buying something nice without getting told it's not for sale.
