Pueblo Bar & Grill - Roberts Resorts — Restaurant in El Mirage

Arrived for the Friday night fish fry. The place was hopping and 2 poor waitresses trying to cover everyone. Our server forgot to put in our order. No big deal, we're retired and mistakes happen but no rush on the order and when the food came out it was wrong again. We ate because we were starving but the food was cold. We asked for a discount from the manager who refused initially then scolded me for not sending our meals back! After 100 minutes of waiting? We have gone to this restaurant at least 5 times so far in our 2 weeks at Pueblo El Mirage, including the St Pats party friday night and I can say the corned beef was the absolutely best we have ever have. We have had breakfast, sunday buffet and lunches and the food is excellent, the service has been excellent and will be going today for the buffet which is $10. No way is the food mediocre or overpriced...We consider this place to be a bonus fine...

Great breakfast spot.. Best Chicken Fried Steak around. I also have had the omelet. Yum.. Last Friday the breakfast special was beef enchiladas, eggs and toast. So Good. Today was the Brioche French Toast, bacon, eggs and country potatoes. (Should of taken a picture) Prefect!! I'm working in the area for the next year.. I see weight gain in my future..
