Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in El Paso

The Sonic Store nearest our home in the parking lot of the Quality Food Mart at the corner of Sunland Park Drive and Doniphan Drive has been closed for a few months now. We loved it. It was a very hot muggy day when we wanted to try out the Sonic Drive-in further down Doniphan which the next closest choice for us. I was stunned by the horrifying treatment I received that day from a woman who could not understand that I couldn't figure out what slot I was in because the numbers for each drive up spot were not easily found. She treated me like I was the stupidest person on the entire planet. No one needs to be treated like that. I will not return to this location. To that woman who couldn't figure out how to be nice in an industry that is considered and called the hospitable industry, she was anything but hospitable. That experience will linger in my mind for a long time to come and my money spends everywhere so I don't need to do a repeat on such a poor customer experience. Steer clear of this location, unless of course you like being treated badly; the choice is up to you. If I could have given a zero star rating I would have done so. It is rare for me to give such a low rating but the second the pop-up reminder that I had not rated my experience for this location brought it...

August 29, at 8:55pm reciept number 387. I went to sonic to buy two milkashakes and some tater tots. First of all, it took the workers over 30 minutes to even take our order. When they finally gave us our order the guy serving us was extremely rude and even insulted us. He handed us our food and everything seemed fine, or so we thought. We were in our dark car so we couldnt really see much. I ate the food as I normally would however something felt wrong. When i got home I was disgusted at what I found. I turned on the lights to find myself, my seat, my car floor and the tater tot bag drenched in oil. I had to clean my car after this and im pretty sure my pants got ruined. I will never come back to any Sonic because of their disgustingly low standards and horrible service. Never come to this Sonic, this place...

Ordered food to go on Friday night through the app and food was pretty disgusting and inedible. I still had to wait an additional 15 minutes even after ordering ahead which would have been ok if food was good. All 3 burgers were burnt and dry. Both chili cheese coneys had stale extremely hard bread that we couldn't even bite through and hardly any chilli cheese so they had to be thrown away. And all 3 orders of tots were still partially frozen. We had driven off and didn't feel like driving back because we couldn't even get a hold of a manager to warn about the food they are serving customers. This Sonic is the worst...
