If i can give a negative zero i absolutely would . The "general manager" here Caesar is the worst at customer service that he could be. Placed an order at this location and got it delivered wrong TWICE, with no error in the address. He argued with me on the phone for so long instead of helping me find a resolution. 2 1/2 hours later and still no pizza delivered , anyone would be upset. And instead he argued until i demanded to speak to someone who would listen. Got another "manager" on the phone she actually listened and resolved within 10 minutes. Offered a credit for another time. Called about a week later to use my credit had the order delivered and it was wrong. Come to find out upon calling i had a previous credit from October due to a pasta order being hard and dry that they offered to credit my entire order for that one and sent the order for that credit. She apologized and advised i still had my credit for my two wrong delivery attempts. Called Today to try and redeem that credit to my luck "general manager" Cesar answered , tone changed when he realized who i was . Stated all my credits we used and he couldn't help me. FAILED at wanting to listen YET again and argued since it seems to be his forte. Stated he called his "supervisor" ( mind you he's the general manager yet asking a supervisor for credits) to see what she can do for me , called me back and said she said i could never get credits at that location again and I've used all credits. Read moreThis is probably the worst Domino’s I’ve ever been to. I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD. The customer service is terrible and the food is usually burnt or there is hardly anything. My husband and I ordered pasta from them about 3 weeks ago and there wasn’t even enough to feed a toddler. Waste of $25. So I sent an email with pics to domino’s customer Service email and it took a week and a half for them to get back to me. They said they would send me a gift certificate via mail which made me very happy. I never got anything. Then I got random calls from a number and I finally answered back ( they didn’t leave voicemails or say who it was) and it was my local store manager. He made it seem as it was my fault that I didn’t answer the phone and that’s why I haven’t gotten a refund. But they only offered me credit, so I accepted it. I went to use the credit today and was told I could only use it on what I previously ordered (which was awful) and I couldn’t sub it for anything else. Read moreThe friendly staff was pretty busy the Friday I went in to place a somewhat big order of 2 large specialty pizzas, 5 pasta bowls and a marble brownie. Unfortunately I had not taken notice that the pastas were all missing the chicken until the following day that I was going to eat my bowl. Had I noticed or had my children or parents told me theirs were missing the chicken too I could have gone back to the restaurant to have the situation remedied. The following day my only recourse was sending a message to customer service and they graciously took care of the situation in a very timely manner. I received a phone call from the store manager a few days later apologizing for the discrepancy and offering credit for the bowls. I'm aware of how busy a restaurant can get especially on a Friday evening and mistakes can happen. I am grateful for how the situation was handled in the end.
