We ordered a philly cheese pizza from Dominos on at 8:17pm order approved at 8:29. Pizza driver was in our driveway at 8:35 pm. Driver hand pizza to us at 8:36pm. I told the driver that was fast. Driver mumbled something under his breath and took off running to his vehicle. When we opened the pizza box we were surprised to see the pizza that we got. I immediately called Doninos at 8:42pm and spoke to a manager by the name of Alyssa Ness who became hostile when I said they had sent us the wrong pizza and that what we got was someone else's order and that time frame from order to delivery did not jive. The manager said that they sent what they have on file under my name in their system?? I responded by saying I have not placed an order for delivery with Domino's in over a decade. I do remember picking an order I placed so long ago because at that time Domino's did not offer delivery service. I can not believe that Alyssa Ness who said is the manager could be such an idiot, I said I didn't know I was in there system and even if I was I place a philly cheese stake pizza, not what is in theur system. The audacity of the manager Alyssa Ness is so ridiculous and downright stupid. As stupid as this experience was, I am going to contact the franchise to voice the audacity of the manager Alyssa Ness and the disregard in which this situation evolved. By the way on the receipt list my name as NEW CUSTOMER?? Has anyone gone through the same situation at Domino's Pizza location on Wedgewood #6886??

Read moreI placed my order online on 10/31/2014 at 10:06pm the driver left your store at 10:27pm and did not arrive until well after 11pm I called to ask where my pizza was and the manager told me that he would call the driver and call me back... he never called me I had to call him again I told him that the driver was there and the pizza was cold the manager said that he would credit the purchase back to my card.
the driver then said that the reason he was late was because he could not find the address I asked why didn't he just call. he told me that he tried but that my phone was going to voice mail I asked why didn't he leave a message or text me he then said that "oooh no I mean that your phone said it was not working"
now here is where it gets really messed up...
I have bank alerts on my checking accounts and instead of crediting me he charged me a 2nd time. so instead of paying 24.22 for a nice hot pizza I was charged 48.44 for cold pizza. I called the store and was told that the manager was not there anymore and that it was impossible to correct until Monday the girl who answered told me that she would call her boss to see if something could be done. I was placed on hold for over 25 minutes and no one came back to the phone.
I feel lied to and taken advantage of I will never order from your company again. please credit my...
Read moreThe last two orders (in about a month) have been a horrible experience. We all have “bad days” but having bad service twice from the same location, in such a short period of time, is unacceptable. It speaks volumes on the store’s training and management. Today’s order (5 pepperoni pizzas and 1 2-topping pizza) ordered at 8:05P and was told it would take 40/45 minutes. 1:10 minutes later they don’t have the order completed so we had to take less pizzas for the same cost. I asked to speak to the manager Chris and that was the WORST customer service I’ve experienced and what magnified the poor customer service is that Chris is a manager. After a several minutes of dealing with Chris’ poor customer service, I asked Chris who his boss was and Chris stated his boss was standing next to him. So I asked to speak with him and after a long pause Chris stated “we’re really busy”. I again asked Chris that I wanted to speak to his manager and Chris again stated “we’re really busy”. After the 3rd time asking, I finally spoke to the General Manager Jesse and explained the poor service I had and especially the poor customer service from Chris. GM Jesse acknowledged Chris’ poor customer service skills and...
