Iām genuinely surprised by how rude and unprofessional one of the employees at this Starbucks location has been (in particular the gentleman with a beanie). Every time I come in, in the morning, this person acts like serving customers is a burden. Thereās zero friendliness, no basic courtesy, and the attitude is downright unpleasant. It's been the same over the course of months so my review is not based on occasional visits. I know people have bad days and I completely understand that, but this behavior is very consistent.
If I ask a question or make a simple request, itās met with eye-rolls, sighs, or a completely dismissive tone. At one point, I even felt like I was being talked down to ā completely uncalled for. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in a customer-facing role. I can only hope he treats his co-workers better than the customers.
I come to Starbucks not just for the coffee, but for the experience ā and this employee consistently ruins it. Let me explain why and narrow it down to the drink I ordered this morning. When you ask for a pink drink what do you expect? A PINK DRINK, not white, not blue, not brown. Pink. The order I did had no extras apart from only cold foam, so that is not the reason to why my pink drink isn't pink. Adding to that, There are no strawberry inclusions, and that was not stated when ordered either. Not only is the drink not appealing, it tastes like straight water. no flavor, no nothing. I have noticed a pattern in this specific pattern where if they are short on a certain ingredient they add less or it and more of something else.
