Starbucks — Restaurant in El Paso

I’m genuinely surprised by how rude and unprofessional one of the employees at this Starbucks location has been (in particular the gentleman with a beanie). Every time I come in, in the morning, this person acts like serving customers is a burden. There’s zero friendliness, no basic courtesy, and the attitude is downright unpleasant. It's been the same over the course of months so my review is not based on occasional visits. I know people have bad days and I completely understand that, but this behavior is very consistent.

If I ask a question or make a simple request, it’s met with eye-rolls, sighs, or a completely dismissive tone. At one point, I even felt like I was being talked down to — completely uncalled for. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in a customer-facing role. I can only hope he treats his co-workers better than the customers.

I come to Starbucks not just for the coffee, but for the experience — and this employee consistently ruins it. Management seriously needs to step in and address this, because treating customers this way is not okay. i come in to order two drinks and asked if they were able to hold off on one drink so it won’t get watered down. girl at register (had really curly hair and was darked skin, not trying to be mean, it’s just an identity feature, wasn’t able to catch her name) told me that it was fine. i come back up 10 minutes later to ask for the drink, and this girl with the name tag teddy was EXTREMELY rude. i told her about my drink and she says “oh we threw away your ticket” and i just said that girl at register knows that i ordered it. teddy continues to say “well what name” in the most ugliest tone. i tell her my name and waited for a response then she looks up and says “i will get it to you, when i get it to you” again very rudely. waited 10 more minutes for my drink and during those ten minutes, teddy and other girl were laughing at me and my other friend who was with me. finally, another person made my drink within like a minute. very rude service here and it’s not the first time either. they need to fix...

I want to share my thoughts on the drink I received today and previous drinks I have received in the past. It is beyond infuriating to receive a very poorly made drink. Let me explain why and narrow it down to the drink I ordered this morning. When you ask for a pink drink what do you expect? A PINK DRINK, not white, not blue, not brown. Pink. The order I did had no extras apart from only cold foam, so that is not the reason to why my pink drink isn't pink. Adding to that, There are no strawberry inclusions, and that was not stated when ordered either. Not only is the drink not appealing, it tastes like straight water. no flavor, no nothing. I have noticed a pattern in this specific pattern where if they are short on a certain ingredient they add less or it and more of something else. Another example would be the foam and how sometimes it's creamy and other times it is nonexistent. I am very upset about this not only because it has happened to me but because I know it has...
