i come in to order two drinks and asked if they were able to hold off on one drink so it won’t get watered down. girl at register (had really curly hair and was darked skin, not trying to be mean, it’s just an identity feature, wasn’t able to catch her name) told me that it was fine. i come back up 10 minutes later to ask for the drink, and this girl with the name tag teddy was EXTREMELY rude. i told her about my drink and she says “oh we threw away your ticket” and i just said that girl at register knows that i ordered it. teddy continues to say “well what name” in the most ugliest tone. i tell her my name and waited for a response then she looks up and says “i will get it to you, when i get it to you” again very rudely. waited 10 more minutes for my drink and during those ten minutes, teddy and other girl were laughing at me and my other friend who was with me. finally, another person made my drink within like a minute. very rude service here and it’s not the first time either. they need to fix their attitudes.
