El Toro Bronco — Restaurant in El Paso

All I can say is wow 🤩. We had always passed this place for years until we finally said lets try this since it is always packed and it was an excellent choice. As soon as you walk in you can smell the manteca aka lard so you know this place has sazon lol the main ingredient that is the best one to use in any authentic mexican dish especially abuelitas. We waited less than one minute to be seated and once we did we were amazed at how fast our server got our horchata and Dr. Pepper followed by the jicama, cucumber, carrots, tostadas and the salsas. Which I will say the red one is extremely spicy and also delicious. We ordered the mix of the parillada for two which consists of your choice of two different meats, we opted for al pastor and asada. Our food got to our table in about ten minutes it was amazing. The parillada was sizzling in the comal and it was very juicy and flavorful. For two people it was quite a bit and we even had left overs. The customer service was great and the experience overall is very good. Alcoholic beverages are also served here and the ambiance is colorful and relaxing as Mexican mariachi music plays throughout the restaurant. after I spent over $50 for a parrillada they gave me the wrong meat I asked half asada and half pastor and after I got home I realized they had given me only asada so I went back to the restaurant and they just put the same meat I brought on the grill and put some kind of red liquid to make the meat al pastor whatever I was hungry and my family was waiting, I just wanted to get home they didn't offer me new sides or tortillas so I went home and to my surprise when I opened the plate it was ALL PASTOR I was so mad I couldn't go again as I had my family already starving so we ate the al pastor with COLD SIDES/TORTILLAS I sent an Email to the owner who doesn't care about customer service as this happened a few weeks ago and left him my info and no one, not even the manager has reached out, the food is OK but this was such a bad experience I'm afraid of going back and have them do...

I ordered by phone and received the wrong type of meat in my tacos. Had ordered half pastor half tripitas, when I got home i realized they had given me half tripitas and half buche (which I dislike) And to make things worse the serving portion was very little. I called to let them know and the lady who answered the phone didn’t believe me, I had to drive all the way back so they could replace my order and to show them they had given me buche and not pastor like I had asked for.
