First, I placed an order via phone not online literally dialed and placed an order. This place will no longer do delivery service because they have merchandise within the restaurant. They will no longer do dine-in either I assume - it will mostly be takeout - all things considered. So, I have posted six photos with the new menu options and a photo with new merch and an order of sweet and sour with chow mein. Second, I don't know if it's how I ordered it - BUT, the meal was unsatisfactory. The sweet and sour chicken was hard and soggy at the same time with hardly any flavor. The chow mein was horrible! I never before have tasted horrible chow mein until now. Third, I believe under new management there speciality would be there new Sushi menu and Ramyun with of course merch from Japan. The Bubble Milk Teas in my opinion are a hit! They sell candy, Teas, and I'm sure they had a few other merch. Overall, careful about ordering main dishes. Maybe consider sticking to the lunch menu that's from 11 AM to 3:30 PM and then if anyone attempts please let me know how yours came out! We asked for two cups of water and was told due to COVID we had to buy his bottled water, and yet the utensils and plates where reusable. We grabbed two bottles of water initially but return one used one to the refrigerator and we shared the one bottle of water. During check out I asked the owner if he charged us for the one bottle of water that I knew he saw us drank since there were four cameras in the dining area and he paused and looked at me and said you got two. I said I returned it, and he then asked me three times if I opened and checked some of his water bottles in the refrigerator to confirm I was telling the truth. He changed the cost of our two meals and a bottle of water ($35) and then he began explaining his bad experiences with other dishonest customers. I'm not sure why this place rates so high, but I wouldn't eat there again based on food quality, service, overcharging for a small portion of food sold, and questioning new customers honesty based on bad past customers experience the management encountered. The egg rolls were ok but the hot and sour soup was watered down... took them over an hour to bring this horrible food to me and didn't even give use any chili sauce (we asked for it) or even some forks or napkins! Worst delivery and the worst Chinese food I have ever eaten.This is why people stop going to mom and pop restaurants and just go to Pei Wei or Panda. Taking this hot garbage back to the restaurant and demanding a full refund $$. Took the food back and the guy at the register gave me a dirty look for wanting my money back.
