UPDATE! !!!!! Yesterday's visit was 200% better than previous visit and I'm so happy we decided to give this location another chance. Everyone was extremely friendly and attentive. Food was so good! They hit every mark, flavor, presentation, temperature. Will be our "to go "place when we are on this side of town!! Thank you for the positive experience.

My husband and I, really wanted to like this place. After further discussion, we are really wanting to give it a second chance BUT at a different location.

First, the restaurant itself is nice and clean with a variety of beers/alcohol, ambiance was perfect. Walking in we were greeted right away and was told to find a seat. Our waitress( older lady, shoulder length curly hair and glasses) took our drink order right away which was what we thought was the start of a great experience. Unfortunately she did not keep the momentum going after that. She was inattentive and spent most of her time with her back towards us while up at the kitchen window where outgoing food is placed.

On to the food.... The menu looked and sounded fantastic! It had me hooked and with much anticipation waiting for my green chili burger. My husband ordered the Toro Burger, my oldest had the Buffalo Chicken Burger and my middle had the All American burger. Aside from a robust selection of different burgers their fry selection was nothing normal to say the least. They give you the option of flavored fries. My husband ordered the chili lime fries and my oldest ordered salt and vinegar. I opted for plain.

On to the service and wait time... We waited, and waited and waited. I want to say it was a solid 40 minutes to get our meal and that's with 5 tables occupied. But we tried to stay optimistic, afterall the menu had a lot to offer and my family waited patiently for our food, obviously the food itself will blast away the ill feelings I had on our waitress and length of time waiting for our food. Surely our experience will get better....

WELL... We finally recieved our food and to much of our disappointed it fell flat on flavor. Which is too bad because on paper (the menu) offered fantastic tasting food. All the ingredients were there to make this place shine but it was as simple as not enough flavor. For me personally the green chili burger was missing a sauce or something to tie all the flavors together. My husband's Toro burger had the sauce BUT not enough of it and the flavored fries...simply not enough of it but a small subtle hint of flavor.

This place had all the possibilities to being a great experience but all of it was executed poorly.

A couple of positives, like I said great beer/alcohol selection, great ambiance, great looking menu, our meal was hot and presentation was good. Negatives, waitress was inattentive, 40 minute wait time and the food needed more flavor.

Like I said at the beginning, we will try it again.. maybe we picked a...

We loved coming to this place for brunch. This last visit was not great. The prices on the website are lower than in store. We ordered the mimosa pitcher listed for $10 on the menu as we figured we would be ordering more than 10 mimosas and it would be a better deal and had done so in the past and was something we really liked about this place. However when the "pitcher" came, it was a bottle on ice and was only 6 mimosas worth. We felt totally cheated and asked the waitress about it. She looked at us and said yeah sorry they changed it to the bottle and did not have anything else to say or offer so we asked for the manager. She left to get him but came back without him saying that the bottle has more liquor than an individual would have and that we were getting more liquor for the price.

The rest of our meal was good but the manager never came. We got the check and asked for him again. He finally came this time and apologized and said he was stuck in the kitchen. He explained that they changed the "pitcher" to a bottle and that we were actually getting the bottle cheaper than us buying it in the store and did offer to get us more mimosas but at that point we were already leaving. As the customer, I don't give a Sh*t. If I'm paying for a pitcher then I don't expect to feel cheated. It would have been better for us to buy 10 individual drinks than 6 for the same price. Either way, I'm getting cheated out of juice or liquor and most definitely my money. The manager agreed.

Overall, I still like this place but will be more careful with their predatory...

We ate here last night around 8pm and it was like they weren't expecting anyone to order food. We ordered the cheese fries and new tots appetizers. It took forever for it to come out and when it finally did our burgers came out the next minute. The appetizers didnt have any flavor in them. It was as if nothing had salt on them. Just flavorless fries covered in cheese. You would think the cheese would help on both appetizers but it couldn't cover the lame tots and fries. We were greatly disappointed in this place. I feel like it is mostly a bar. We are from San Antonio and were attracted by the fire they have outside that was the only cool thing. We had to ask for refills and the waitress forgot our child's order of sliders. I felt bad for her cause she seemed a bit nervous and couldn't admit she forgot the order of sliders. The sliders were thrown together nice and dry. No mayo, no lettuce, no flavor a tiny peace of cheese not big enough for the tiny patty. The picture of the sauce on the side was from my husbands burger. My 9 year old hated it. This was a wasted 50 bucks for our meals. Put some salt on your burgers and appetizers please. I dont know who was cooking on the 6th of December but people pay good money to have quality food. I could have made everything we ate 10 times better at home. Too bad we are in a little hotel room missing our grill. Also put some bright lights in your restrooms. The only stall that had okay lighting was the...

This is the easiest 5 star rating I've ever given. I'm not from El Paso and I only stopped here because I saw billboards that said: "#1 best burger in El Paso, #4 best burger in Texas." My wife had to stop and charge her car and so I went here. I had no idea what to expect. First, it was a great atmosphere. The waitress / bartender who greeted me was nice and helpful. The menu was easy to understand and had the perfect amount of items (not too few like In-and-Out or too much like Cheesecake Factory). I thought that it was priced reasonably, I paid $38 for food for 3 people. Holy (medium rare) Cow! My burger was the best I've ever had. No hyperbole or exaggeration. I think that my life has fundamentally been altered. I did not know that burgers could be so amazing. I've been on a quest since COVID hit to find the best burger. I've been all over Central Texas, Mexico and NH, but this is by far and away the best ever. I cannot sufficiently express how amazed I was. Omg, I didn't even mention the Mac and Cheese and milkshake! I ordered their non-spicy Mac and Cheese and the Dulce de Leche milkshake. Both were in the same vein as the burger. The Mac and Cheese tied with the best I've ever had, and the milkshake (I'm a shake connoisseur) was superb. I'm planning to make another 9 hour drive out here just for the food. Go. It's amazing.
