I have been coming to this subway for years. And the new management was doing good. However Today was the ABSOLUTE WORST experience at any restaurant. After waiting in line for longer than I ever have before... I start ordering from the employee and notice SNOT is running down his nose! I notice he keeps trying to sniff it in but at this point I'm already grossed out and I'm thinking of ways to walk out with out being a jerk. Thinking I'll just say I left my wallet in the car. But then a GLOB of his SNOT DROPS and lands on the sandwich! And he tries to cover it up with his hand!!!! I just walked out and will never go back! I was already grossed out but the fact that he was going to keep making my sandwich if I hadn't noticed! That is the most disgusting thing I have ever seen at a restaurant. I don't think I'll ever be able to eat subway again. I will always associate it with this...
Read moreFar cry from what it used to be. I hate to leave negative review for anywhere. But here's what I noted on my visit today. •Dirty tables, we had to wipe off our own table just to sit at a clean one. •Looks like an active construction zone. •Floors are pretty dirty, there's some food mushed around, and lots of construction dust. •There's old equipment hanging from the ceiling, presumably just by the cord. •Multiple outlet covers are missing in the dining area. •Employees don't greet, and don't say thank you. •The top of the booth seats has dust and grime buildup. •Food prep equipment looks pretty rough, there are greasy hand prints on the front of the oven, and multiple missing toppings. •Window ledge in the customer dining area has a lot of built up dust, and dead bugs.
I'll return again and see if it's improved, and if it does I'll update my review...
Read moreAs a fast food worker myself, I understand how difficult customers can be and therefore rarely complain. However I noticed what appeared to be mold after I opened my bottled sweet tea which I just purchased. I went back to inform the employees that there was something in my drink and all the employee had to say was “oh yeah”. He did not apologize or ask how they could remedy my experience. I myself asked if it was ok to grab another one. I was very polite and was shocked when I was told to grab the same tea just a different bottle not another fountain drink. It’s obvious that they have not been trained to provide exceptional customer service, which I do and give to my customers daily.
