Los Gallegos — Restaurant in El Paso

I wouldn't give not one star but system didn't let me. I went there on April 10 around 9:40am with my family. I saw our waitress as we walked in the door and she saw where we sat. She took a while to go to our table, so we thought she was busy and kept waiting, when she finally showed up I asked for the menu and she seemed to be bothered. She took our drink orders and again she took forever to come back with drinks. When she finally brought our drinks, the drinks were totally wrong but she had already left. So we waited to tell her our drinks order were wrong but she never came back, so we decided to leave. Totally bad customer service and restaurant wasn't even packed. Food is great, reason why we used to go to this place every other weekend but now I'm disappointed. You're losing customers cause your servers are delivering poor...

Update 07/02/2023: I love how these people can't make up their mind!!! I called and asked, "What time do you all close?" Without skipping a beat, "At 4pm." "Do you realize that your hours online for today are at 5pm?" She's like, "I know." Attn Owner: It's quite difficult to support a local restaurant when there is such inconsistencies time and time again!!! One of the key elements to having success in your business is consistency. I doubt that I'll be supporting your business any time soon. ✌️

Showed up today at 4pm to be told at the door that they close at 4pm. The young lady was persistent in that it's always closes at 4 and that it might be the other Gallegos that close at 5pm. The food here is always delicious and service is always great. They most always have on their buffet line caldo de res, enchiladas rojos y verdes con mucho queso, sopa de arroz, beans, chile rellenos, tacos de papas y carne, steak, Chile colorado, mole, arroz con leche, ceviche, flan, jello, and fruit. Free refills on drinks. They also have horchata (free refills on that as well). For the chile colorado or mole, or anything else, you can ask your waitress for tortillas and she'll bring you some. You can choose flour or corn. This location has always been a favorite of ours. Not to mention, their prices are unbelievably inexpensive....
