Sorpresa Bakery — Restaurant in El Paso

Hello, today is 10.27.21. I went there for a breakfast burrito, coffee and a cookie to go. My visit was a week ago. It was approximately 9 a.m.. It was during the week.

My family buys Francesito's & Pan Dulce, on a regular basis. My rating is mostly for the products(themselves). On this particular visit, I ate there. Although there were only 2 other tables, my table had crumbs on the table(I used a napkin to clean-up).

Went to restroom to wash my hands, could have been a bit cleaner. Went to serve myself my coffee, almost empty, and tasted "old."

In all fairness to Sorpresa, I do believe with a little more attention to detail, they can move up to a 4/5 star rating.

I have to say that this place is clean and the picadillo burrito is delicious it's not runny with juices pouring out doesn't make your tortilla soggy that's how I enjoy a burrito the bread is good to the service is okay will return to try other guisos I had just posted this yesterday so I told my daughter about this place we went to try it I honestly thought we went to a different place the picadillo was raw like pinkish red super slow service no salsas the burritos were soggy wet and dripping all over the place they were straight up gross 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢 I asked for my money back I was Soo disappointed the cashier was off I had to repeat my order 3 times 3 gentlemen had to repeat their order 3 times wanted gorditas they gave them burritos sorry will not...

Large variety of sweet bread and burritos. I recently tried their restaurant section which I never knew was there. They need more help or faster help in waitress dept. They only had a real old lady taking orders for about 20 to 25 people and slow bringing out orders. She needed to be helped and then another girl came up and started taking orders. Her name was Leslie she helped bring out food and take orders. But I noticed that the coffee pots were empty. They need somebody else to be there in the sweet bread dept. and also to Keep those coffee pots full, mostly everyone drinks, coffee for breakfast. if they could concentrate on working on that they would also have a line for the restaurant part just as long as the line is for...
