Whataburger — Restaurant in El Paso

I've lived outside of Texas for many years but it is not an exaggeration to say that after all that time, I still crave Whataburger's hamburger creations!

So on a quick trip back to El Paso, one of my priorities was to indulge my lifelong craving ... and let me tell you that as soon as I opened up the Whataburger meal bag and the smell of that delicious hamburger and fries seductively teased my nose and made my mouth water with anticipation of that first bite... I knew my cravings had not been wrong and affirmed why after almost 20 years of not having eaten a Whataburger (they don't exist in California) my long-term memory still had vivid recollections of how delicious these heavenly 🍔 hamburgers were.

I slowly ate that burger achingly knowing that it would be a long time before I could go back to Texas and indulge again. I wanted that meal to last a long time. And it wasn't just the burger, it was the thick fries and the creamy indulgent chocolate shake.

I cannot say that about the vast majority of fastfood burger restaurants, none has been so memorable to me or given me such joyful satisfaction as a Whataburger hamburger in any of its iterations.

Whataburger, I'm going to miss you deeply, my taste buds ache for you,...

This is the worst Whataburger in all El Paso I was a regular customer once or twice a week but a couple of days ago I placed a order 4 meals 50dlrs total so I get my food it's raw I was headed to Juarez and as we're eating our burgers they were under cooked pink and wrong I had ordered 3 onion rings and one fry we got 3 fries 1 onion ring avocado on 2 of the burgers was black brown and the meat on all of the burgers was pink and very cold it was disgusting I called and they said they were going to replace the order I get here today and they say they can only replace 2 of the burgers and that because I took Soo long to come get the order this is ridiculous they should have not said it was ok to come when I had the chance or it was ok to come when I wanted to of they would have given me a time frame I would have gone back the day of the order it's always super packed and always something is missing in my orders I have another whataburger about a mile away I will be going to that one now invert...

Ordered a double cheese with bacon and jalapenos with extra pickles. Ended up with no jalapenos and they charge you for the bacon which specifically says 3 strips of bacon and they only gave me 2. I only found it i was given 2 stips when I tore apart my burger to find out the jalapenos I had paid for weren't in my burger and the extra pickles I asked for weren't even added. I know it sounds dumb to be complaining about bacon but if I paid for it I should get it. When I arrived originally i looked in my bag and noticed the fries looked like they it was a kids meal worth of fries its super disappointing. I did in fact address it to the young lady who brought me my order and she was super upset threw away the fries and brought me out another order this time with the appropriate amount of fries. When I found out I called the store and spoke to Lisa, she seemed a bit annoyed but said he would take care of it. She in fact did take care of it on...
