The food was OK at best. The fries were a bit overdone. But that was the BEST out of this visit. The men's restroom was nasty. So much so that a self-proclaimed Hondo Pass Burger King employee stated that this was completely unacceptable and that the employees should be more vigilant regarding the cleanliness of the restaurant. Which leads me to the dining area...not only was it unkept, the drink area was full of dried stains and had quite a few ice spills on the counter itself. The drain area of the fountain drink machines were dirty, one if them was not producing ice and the Sweet Tea container was dry as a bone. Now, if that wasn't bad enough. there was a female employee standing around using her cellphone while paying customers we're ordering food. We used the order kiosk for our food and had to ask for a number tag. The same female employee mentioned before sounded surprised that I asked for one. When my order was ready, she or another employee should have brought us our food. Instead, I had to go to the counter and grab it. I did politely ask her if someone was supposed to bring our food to us since we used the kiosk. She merely said "oh yeah, sorry, I was busy and forgot to do that". I wanted to beat the lunch rush so I did my online order and there were only 2 cars ahead of me when I arrived. It took over 10 minutes to get to the speaker but I don't know what the hold up was because they tended to me quickly. It took another 6 minutes to get to the pay window which I had done online so he just handed me my receipt. It took another 6 minutes to get to the pick up window. Normally they confirm my order and hand me my bag but this time the Manager asked for my receipt. I gave her my receipt and then I waited another 3 minutes for her to come back with my order. They have never stocked ice cream and alway have something missing.. This type of service is a direct reflection of management!! The workers are alway upbeat and full of energy polite and I feel bad that they have to be the ones to deliver bad news over and over. As a manager your job is to be productive facilitator your job is to make your teams job easy and seamless.. This place needs a make over.. love to all the employees!!
