"La vaqueria" or "tacos and berria"
Been eatin tacos and berria for a while. Most tasteless tacos and berria ive ever eaten even a stray dog wont eat it. Even a plain tacos usually comes with flavor and garnishes. Cilantro onions and lime. Mine didnt. Berria had NO TASTE. Even the noodle itself was still WHITE. The soup itself was just red cause of tomato. Yes, TOMATO. No onion. No cilantro. No flavor. Take a quarter tea spoon of tomato sauce and mix it with luke warm water and thats the berria i was served with. No garnish no nothing. Yeah it had meat. You know how some people cook with no seasoning? Yeah like that. Not even salt or pepper. For $34.55, sales tax of 8.25% and tip of $4.64 this is what you get. I had to force eat the tasteless tacos that was so dry. I thought i was trippin. I drank some water from my car. Ate some more of these things... still horrible. Had my mexican friend tried it and he spat it out and asked me "what the hell was that?" I knew i wasnt crazy. I threw every all of it away.

Itâs not fine dining if L&J, but who needs that when you have an open, beautiful environment, surrounded with cultural designs, and super friendly staff! I had a birria grilled cheese, smoked corn, and a birria burrito with horchata. Every. Single. Bit. Was SO delicious! And I think I spent like $25, the cost compared to the amount of food you get⊠I left a $10 tip, because these guys deserved every bit of my money. 10/10 stars, would recommend. If youâre looking for authentic food, and donât have much money, welcome home, theyâll embrace you...

Adding a German food truck would be a GREAT recommendation. My husband LOVES Bamboo Corna and says it reminds him of back home. I've tried all the Mexican food trucks and they are each delicious. I highly recommend the birria tacos at Triple Count, the flautas from the red truck in the corner, and the tacos asada from the orange truck (I can't remember the names lol). The environment and atmosphere is family friendly and welcoming. Its a 10 out...
