Papa Eric's Burgers — Restaurant in El Paso

Horrible Service - been calling trying to place an order. Not the first time by the way, tried several times but no answer. I only get the machine answering that says that voicemail is not set up for that number. We finally gave up and decided to just go, even knowing that we would have to wait a long time for our food. As we drive up and park, the lady runs to the door and flips the closed sign. This was right before 8, there are no signs anywhere showing different than Normal hours which says they close at 9 PM. So we go inside to check and ask of we can place a to go order. The lady just says "we're closed". So we asked, what time do you close? No answer, much like the phone. We said, ok, we've been trying to place an order by calling, but no one picks up. So the young lady comes back rudely with "really? Because I've been answering calls all day". Basically she was implying that I was lying! Wow!! This little kid showed no sense of customer service at all. We ended up calling Frisco's, what do you know, they answered. They were about to close but the lady graciously said, "no worries, if you can get here within 15 mins, they will be ready". We got there in 5 and our food was ready. Awesome service and the hot dogs were amazing, so much better, great service, great food, didn't have to wait for it. Just perfect! I'll be sticking to Frisco's...

My husband & I went to lunch to this place & I was in disbelief what they did to our bank account. All of our bills that we paid were bounced because this place decided to take out 5k & did absolutely nothing to help us fix their mistake. I completely don't understand how they didn't see a large amount being input after printing the restaurant batch at the end of the shift. I was once a waitress & I know how the system works!! I just cannot believe they didn't notice especially the manager! This is fraud & theft ! I'm lost for words for the person that decided to pick us to screw over as if we don't have kids & bills to pay! We can't even use our account to have a family dinner, or put gas! Bought a burger for me and my wife and 3 days later they decided to charge 5,020.29 for two burgers and fries! How this was allowed blows my mind, just goes to show the management is horrible. I don't see how a mistake like this could have occurred. This should have been caught when they did the batch to closeout the register. After talking to management about this error they feel like it's okay for me to wait for 3-5 business days to get refunded. They didn't offer to discount my meal or anything for the inconvenience. Not to mention it's ok for me to be left without money and have my bills bounce and get charged additional fees. Like most businesses they don't care about the customer just themselves and making a profit.
