Roll-In Flautas — Restaurant in El Paso

This is a nice spot. The food was great and they have a nice aesthetic and outdoor area. The flautas were nice and crispy without the meat being dry. I got 6 desebrada tacos and felt they were well seasoned. They selection of toppings are good and it is self serve so you can choose how much or how little of something you want. The green salsa was spicy, and the crema and cheese tasted fresh. They have a good selection of option for the flautas as well. If you want to mix and match the 4 flauta combo or the 6 flauta combo you can. The only criticism I have and it’s a minor one is if you get the 6 flauta combo they don’t have an option for you to choose two meat options. You have to split the 6 combo into three meat selections so you could get two flautas desebradas, two chicken and two brisket but you couldn’t do three desebrada and three chicken. We came in about an hour before they were going to close and the were happy to serve us. Guys... When I tell you this place is bomb, it is bomb!! The flautas were freshly cooked and they had a little bar to get condiments and soups and stuff. We got the sopa for my one year old and he loved it!! The elote was good too and he love it as well. They had tons of salsas to choose from so we tried them all. They were all so delicious! The churro bowl was delicious too! They had the coolest music and posters too!! It was all rock n roll but in spanish. It was really cool cause I've never seen anything like that before! We overall really enjoyed out dine in experience. It is a bit small but they have outdoor seating. The salsa bar is amazing so that made us really happy, the roll in salsa was very tasty. We ordered the combination flautas, rib corn, shrimp empanadas, fries and quesadillas. The desebrada and chicken flautas were awesome, we usually get potato flautas at other places but we didn't like them here. We loved their rib corn which has the roll in salsa on top. The shrimp quesadillas had no shrimp and we're just flour and the quesadillas were really small and a bit burn so we won't be getting those next time. The fries were good.
