Carlos Furniture — Local services in El Paso

I never write reviews for anyone but i felt the need to share how insanely satisfied I am with Carlos and his services. If I could give him 10 stars I would. It was the first place i walked in and didnt feel like I was walking into a furniture store. I was respected and the amount of patience he showed I have never seen any salesman show. I went to all the high brand stores with those ridiculous prices and felt pressured to buy. Carlos made my shopping experience very pleasant and easy. I got exactly what I oredered at a price I am 110% no one would have given me. Im obsessed with my new sofa set and dinning set. the sofa set I ordered was prices at $1,600 at ashleys and I litereally paid half at his place for the EXACT same set.

In conclusion, If you are looking for high quality furniture at a fraction of the price this place is the only place in town to go. I wish I can hold up a billboard in front of those rip off stores telling people to go to carlos. Honest business run buy...

Discusting place, I should of gone with the very bad reviews online but thought let's give them an opportunity, but no!! Don't recommend this place at all!! RUDE!!! Explained a different price as they were placing an order for my dining table , I get a phone call from the finance co and payment is higher!! I called the "furniture place" and said basically there is nothing we can do washed their hands and done ,,,, ridiculous expensive and furniture quality not worth, table can be picked up basically with a finger for over $2thousand!! This place has very bad service and service like this should be shut down. I wished are friend wouldn’t of bought anything from them for us as a gift he should’ve looked at the review. An order has been place a month ago and they keep having excuses to deliver it. They hardly answer their phone. I told our friend to cancel and report to his credit card that the furniture was never delivered and report the to the BBB. This is why I always order from Ashley because I know I will get it...
