Starbucks — Restaurant in El Paso

Americano coffee was made well, but left a bitter taste in my mouth due to the barista who decided to make drinks out of order. My husband's macchiato was made and the next two customers behind us as well as several drive thru customers before my drink was made. When i asked the young man about my drink he shrugged his shoulders. Then he said I'll make it now. I asked him if he was even going to offer an apology and he smirked. Since I used the app to pay, it was easy to remove my tip. Luckily, a new Starbucks is opening closer to my house, I'll spend my $50.00 a month there instead. Funny that there was a woman there setting up a home office with her laptop and notebooks and her large cup of coffee from McDonalds! I guess she had a bad experience with the barista too and decided Starbucks is good for free wifi, but not service. I won't go back to this...

Ultimately I had a terrible experience even with the fact that I was in the Drive-Thru for the soul reason of my order being incredibly underlying. I had asked for three pumps of a certain flavor and the flavor just didn't come through in my cinnamon dolce latte. I had also ordered a pistachio frappuccino and I did not taste any pistachio or any hint of nut. Not only was our order unfulfilling but our cups were not labeled. My latte was burning to the touch and did not have a protection seal that is required by Starbucks business policy. The customer service here sucks, my husband just pushed a girl’s car off transmountain and we came here to get water and a snack, and the girl rudely told me they won’t give trenta waters, I insisted I’ll pay for the cup, she gave me attitude and said she can charge it as a custom tea, and charged me $4.28 FOR A WATER. I used to work at Starbucks so I know that when customers are letting you know they’re needing water because they just pushed a car, you’re supposed to “Surprise and delight” and kindly let them know that you’re not supposed to but you will this time.
