Absolute worst Pizza Hut we have ever been to. Our order, which included 2 pizzas and wings, exceeded $40 dollars due to the fact that they had to charge us an extra dollar for 1 extra cup of sauce to go with the wings (the only sauce provided was on the wings with no extra). Then, as we waited for our order, which was almost 30 minutes in a practically empty restaurant, no one bothered to offer so much as a glass of water while we waited. We then tried to play a video game that was in their restaurant, but could not due to the machine eating our 3 quarters. When brought to the attention of the Pizza Hut staff, they all preferred to hide in the kitchen then address our concern. Several girls directed me to the manager. However, she would not come out of the kitchen so the girls gave the excuse that they machine was not theirs (even though it was in their facility) and could do nothing. The final straw was when we got home and the wings order was wrong. Beyond a shadow of a doubt the absolute worst Pizza Hut ever, which explains why their restaurant was better than 3/4 empty even though basketball games were on practically every monitor. Their mediocre food was completely overshadowed by their complete lack of customer service, which unfortunately was due to the general attitude of the staff evident by their young and untrained ages. This is our last visit to this place, we will now make the drive to Papa Johns on Mesa.
8/30/18 update: So apparently pizza hut's corporate office reached out to me regarding my negative review and offered an email address. I forwarded my original post to this email address, to which I received a response asking how I placed the order and nothing more. Their main concern was how did I place the order! Surprised and dumfounded at their question, I pointed out it was placed online and exclaimed it was no wonder our experience at that location was horrible if all they are worried about is how the order was placed. I told the person taking my order that I would be paying by credit card, but it was for some friends so I wouldn't be able to sign for it. He said it was okay as long as I was alright with someone else signing for it, which I have no problem with. The pizza was not delivered on time, so I called to see what happened only to be put on hold for fifteen minutes then hung up on! After that stupid long wait the pizza was delivered only to be taken away because the delivery girl said no one charged my card!! Infuriated, I call the store back to find out why they haven't charged me only to be put on another ten minute then be transferred to a manager that has no idea how to provide any type of customer service.
