Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in El Paso

Worst sonic in El Paso. Takes 10 minutes to even acknowledge you at the drive thru when ordering. Then when you drive up to the window they take another 10 minutes. I showed up and wanted to make 2 orders and said they don't do orders for more than one card. Then I'm at the window waiting for my order and see the manager and everyone standing around laughing and relaxing while there are like 4 cars behind me that have been waiting just as long as I have. They don't acknowledge me waiting at the window after I was given my order because I had asked for mustard packets for my coworkers corn dogs and was told they don't have any. How does a place like that not have mustard? This isn't a one time incident. It's always like this.

Since they told me they don't do more than 1 order I drove next door to Whataburger was acknowledged and charged for my order in under 5 min. I requested a couple of packets of mustard and explained that sonic doesn't have any and they apologized for not having packets of mustard but filled a small gravy container for my coworkers sonic corn dogs.

I've worked around there for two years and every visit has been horrible. Only reason I stop by is to pick up an order for a coworker. I now just swing by any of the other quick and friendly places like McDonalds, Whataburger, Dairy Queen or Taco Tote for my meal.

Went to Sonic and ordered 3 #1 combos 1 with manias and extra onions and 2 with hickory which none were made right. I also ordered a #3 hickory since I can't eat manias and when they brought my order out to me all they brought out was the 3 #1s not made right when I told them that the sandwiches were made wrong and I was missing the #3 combo they took one of the sandwiches from the #1 and put manias on it and brought it out to me with the sandwich for the #3 combo with manias. I told them it was wrong again and I didn't have the full comb for the #3 so they took them back in and brought them back out to us the same way without even rewraping them and when I told them I couldn't eat manias again they finally told me they didn't have hickory so my exwife ordered the chicken sandwich and they brought me the #3 with mustard and the chicken sandwich and kept one of the #1s and charged us for the chicken sandwich this took us a little over a hour just to get this order. People kept coming and going and we were still there waiting for our order. We would see them delivering a big order to others so it couldn't have been that ours was a large order. I got off the vehicle to ask for an extra bag and the girl acted like I had asked her a difficult mathematical problem. I waited outside the door and I could see her talking to two others. She wasn't moving so I went back to our vehicle. It took 2 more minutes before she brought the bag. By that time, we had already fixed things so that we didn't need it. My daughter had arrived in a different car. My husband and I went and parked in a aside parking space and proceeded to eat our somewhat bland chicken sandwiches. We saw our daughter go around.
