My husband got off to pick up a online order at this location, when he got home we noticed all the food just thrown in the bag(the bag was too small for the food we had ordered). We then see that we were missing 2 of our sides and the tortillas and the extra tortillas I ordered. When he picked up the order the cashier stated to him that the tortillas were inside the bag. Which he believed her and didn’t check(his bad he should’ve probably checked). I then call the restaurant to tell them because I wanted them to acknowledge and do better. The lady that was talking to me over the phone told me to come in the restaurant so the manager can check the receipt (mind you we don’t live super close to just go back).I then stated I couldn’t go in to the restaurant since we don’t live close by to just go back. She then tell me to hold and some seconds go by and she hangs up on me. I called back because that was very rude to just hang up so at this point I just want to know the name of the lady that hanged up the phone call and wanted the manager on duty name as well and when I asked these questions she then replies it was her that had answered and she was the manager name Ruby. I got very upset that it was the manger that was on the phone call the whole time this lady did not sound like she knew how to talk to a customer. I honestly thought it was an employee that doesn’t have the experience to talk to customers professionally and she was very rude. After all that I was completely done with that conversation and replied ok thank you. I told her I was going to leave a review and she giggled after I said that, she was very unprofessional. I understand it’s not nice feeling to get a phone call with an upset customer but I would expect for a manager to have more respect and at least apologize for the inconvenience but all I got was just hanging up the phone call to resolve the problem. Specifically this one girl that works there... idk her name I just know who she is cuz I always see her. So basically every time I've gone the girl brings my order to the table right? Well the last time I went she didn't and they kept ringing the bell so I tell her and she points and tells me to go get it. I thought that's weird but ok whatever. This time I went and I thought okay I'll go get it myself. Mind you this I have a bad ankle so this girl SEES ME LIMP all the way to the front and waits for me to get to the counter for her to tell me I'll take it to your table. I have 2 problems with that 1. You see me limp over here don't just wait for me to walk ALL THE WAY for u to offer ur "help" and 2. I'm already there just give me my food.... now I'm limping all the way back with her right behind me just to set the food down on the table. Girl who understands you.... terrible...
Read moreI tried ordering catering online a week ago (as directed by the website). I received a confirmation email right after saying my request had been received and someone would contact me within 24 hours. Three days later, no one had contacted me, so I tried calling the store to follow up. An automated system picked up and waited on hold for about 10 minutes.
The next day, I submitted another online catering request for a different store. When no one called regarding that inquiry, I called the other store. They gave me the number to the "catering person." I called left a voicemail with my name and number. It's been a couple of days and no one has returned my call.
If Tacotote doesn't offer catering services anymore, they should remove that option from the website because it's really frustrating for customers. It's a shame because the food is good, but it seems like company leaders are apathetic towards...
