Tacos Don Cuco — Restaurant in El Paso

Don cucos is my go to on sundays for either menudo or tacos and ive always had a great experience and great customer service til recently there's this new young girl who seems to be pregnant and she was cashiering and i ordered the cold barbacoa she asked me if i wanted salsas i said yes ill get 2 red salsa and guacamole 2$ each cup ok… so as im waiting my little boy starts grabbing some limes from their complimentary salsa bar because he loves it with lime and so i grabbed one little cup of onion and the girl tells me i cant grab those that she is going to give me my slasas so i tell her “ok im just grabbing some onion i cant get some?” she said “no you have to pay for it“ so i told her “ok can you charge me another one” and she said “yes” i told her ill get cilantro she said ok and charged me another 2$ so at this point i understand and i pay for another cup right (total 3) !!!! Well she only gave me 2 cups which was the ones i asked for first red salsa and guacamole. So i asked her “can i get the cilantro” and she said “oh well you grabbed it already” i told her “no i only grabbed one cup of onion” she said “o ok you can grab it from there” and i said “but you charged me another cup of salsa for it “and she just looked at me in like disbelief and “i said i want my cup that you charged me for” and today i went and i can tell she told her fellow coworkers look thats the girl from last time cuz they right away looked at me did i want to say something yess but i also didnt want to look like a witch with the b word but that made me feel so uncomfortable and felt like she was just looking at me to steal there onion or cilantro like I've gotten the exact same order and i always grab onion and cilantro from the salsa bar and still pay for my salsas but i think think it would be such a big deal for onion and cilantro this is my reason for my 3 starts other than that it would be 5 just sharing my...

I sent my young son to buy food, they made him wait over 30 minutes then another customer was given our order and walked out of the establishment with it, then a few minutes later comes back and that same food that another customer had already handled was given to my son. I called and talked to Maria and she was completely unprofessional about it, I tried to explain I had no assurance the other customers did not touch the food with dirty hands or spit on it and her response was that the bag was still closed like it couldn’t easily be open and reclosed. Obviously if the customer came back was because he noticed that what he got was NOT what he ordered and he must of had opened the food containers to see! What a waste of time and great way to turn clients away! Take note that it is the business responsibility to provide the correct order to each client not the other way around like you made it sound on the phone when I called to complain because they obviously took advantage of the lack of knowledge of my young son. We are paying for a service and your customer service should reflect that. What you did was wrong in many ways starting by the health department codes. CLIENTS BE AWARE THEY RESERVE FOOD THAT WAS TAKEN OUT OF THE ESTABLISHMENT AND HANDLED BY...

Btw They raised prices of tacos, not the price I saw on their website. I ordered sirloin tacos. I got 4 tiny tortillas, no lettuce or tomato. They have a salad bar, but it has cabbage no lettuce, plenty of salsas. The cucumber was past the point not crunchy, but soggy! I didn't like the grease "butter" on the soft and greasy tiny tortillas. I paid $11.44 for 4 tiny tacos and a canned soda. I left 10% tip for a total of $12.58. You have to get your own soda, salsa, fork, napkins etc. They only bring you the tacos. I left hungry because you only get 4 TINY tacos, no lettuce tomatoes, rice (no sides) so I grabbed some of the mints to hold me over till I stopped at a hamburger place to order a burger! I am not overweight, but I like to leave a restaurant at least semi full or satisfied. It didn't happen here! I guess I had to order an extra side of tacos...? The cashier/waiter was polite...
