I've never gotten the food as horrible as I did today... what a disappointment. I went over for some breakfast burritos, craving them badly and as soon as I opened it to began eating it I stayed in shock, the burrito was packed with jalapeƱos. It had so many jalapeƱos that that was all I could taste. I ended up throwing the burritos away and calling sonic on edgemere to complain because that's where I had gone for my burritos. A manger picked up the call, name rifle or rafel and understood me apologized and told me to please go over again to get the burritos better made. I agreed and stopped by later, when I arrived he was at the drive threw window. I kindly let him know what I had gone threw showed him some pictures and let him know I was no longer craving breakfast burritos again. He apologized again and offered me a slip with his initials saying two meals free, I was happy for his understanding. Then later today I went over again craving the #5 combo, ended up getting two of those, one for my mother and one for myself. When I received the order threw the window there was a young gentlemen very kind and respectful handed me my order, I checked it asap and saw the onion rings were pretty burned. I left because there were many people behind but parked on the side and showed them to my mother threw the phone and she even admitted they did look very burned. I returned to the window and told the lady receiving the orders my onion rings were burned, she said go ahead and come to the window and brought some out asap. They were better but still not as good as other days that I've ordered them. Well I decided to head home and eat my chicken sandwiches #5s. When I opened it, it was full of mayo, bread was squashed and soggy, soggy tomatoes, not fresh, lettuce was horrible soggy, old. The chicken tasted old too with the surrounding hard. It...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI came in today. And I know and understand that it is Christmas so being open on this day is hard as they get many costumers. But coming from someone who works in a fast and stressful environment it still doesn't call for what happened to me today.
I went throught one of the stalls and the person at the speaker was barley able to understand what I ordered so it took looknger even when I spoke clearly. All in all the first time around they were nice. Once i got home is where the problems arised, they didn't give me any napkins, sauces, utensils, and got my order wrong. I called knowing full well they are busy to see if they can do something but man was that terrible. 1st answer they quickly told me the ours of operations then hung up, second time they answered they just picked up the phone and didn't say anything. Finally the 3rd time after making a total of 14 calls did they answer and the "manager" was nice and told me to come back so they can fix it. So I did and when I went and told the person what happened and that I just spoke to the "manager" did I found out they gave me a false name and sent someone to assist me. I then proceed to wait over 30 minutes to get my food back. I even had to rering the bell to remind them. When I did they where absolutely rude. The person assisting me came with the correct order, tossed it to me and ran off. Even though I asked is there anything I can get in compensation for the inconvenience they didn't say or do anything. At that point my food was already cold and I was just tired and fed up so I just left.
This was the absolutely worst service ever. I understand that it is stressful working on a holiday but it is still no excuse. You signed up for this job and if you can't do it right then don't...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHad a unfortunate encounter today. My son ordered for the family and our other son ( who was busy with homework) offered to pick up the food. He went to stall 5, pushed button and waited⦠and waited. After seeing others coming after him and immediately start talking to someone, he go out of the car and spoke to csr personnel who informed him the food was on its way. He went back to car and a few moments later a young lady arrived with the food, at which point my son reiterated again that he had been waiting after pushing the red button and to prevent it from happening to others to address the intercom issue. The young lady didnāt apologize, or expressed any sympathy & just walked away saying sheād let Management know while my son was still talking to her. My son returned home to find out he was missing items, so he tried calling but the line was busy nonstop, so he went back again. Bear in mind, that my other son who placed the order is disabled and loves Tea and cheeseburgers, so this was a huge deal for him, more than the norm for any family to eat out. Upon going back he asked for the manager, a young man who said heād recently been transferred there, but alas, he was courteous and immediately expressed the sympathy that was previously lacked and turned our frowns into smiles. Thanks again, and please get some more sweet Tea, our son loves it! Only reason why we didnāt give 5 stars is to reserve them for our next experience/...
