Poor experience- went there first time tonight because my friend wanted to check it out. They had a fundraiser going on and lots of happy folks all-around. After we took a walk around we sat at a table near the bar. First we sat there almost 10 minutes and then decided to ask someone to help us. He couldn’t but found the unattentive waitress to help us. Picture in your mind that we’re observing about 3 other waiters and 2 bar managers about 6 feet away from us discussing something more important. I tell the waitress I want a Heineken and she said “can you repeat that” so I did and she said “let me see if we have it”. Now it’s clearly listed in the menu and I’m surprising she asked. So she comes back with my friend’s beer but brings a manager with her and he asks me, “what beer did you ask for?” And I said “Heineken “ again. So he explained to her and she brought back a 16 oz can with a highball glass, not a pub glass ad I expected and which I had seen plenty of at the bar. I poured it and the beer has absolutely no foam. It even tasted flat. I called her back and told her to take it back and the reason for it and asked her to get me a Stella draft ( I figured I could get a draft beer with foam, but I was wrong again). I didn’t bother to ask her to return it again.... it gets worse on so many levels of detail that I don’t know how to end this review. If this is how Top Golf runs their business I’d have to say I’d rather stay with the old country club. My friend was expecting 8 chicken wings and they brought him 6, and then they told him it’s based on weight, not quantity. This is not what the waitress told him. Then at some point about 30 minutes later another person brings a Heineken to the table. I told her I didn’t ask for it. Then 10 minutes later the waitress brings me another Stella, which I didn’t ask for. We ordered chips and guacamole with salsa and they brought a Hugh long basket with 2 tiny containers of salsa and guacamole. Needless to say they took back about 2/3 of the basket of tortilla chips since we ran out of the dips. It’s pitiful that we spent money at this place. Even the men’s restroom is undersized and the air hand dryer wasn’t working and no...

I've been here a few times now and my experiences have been less than stellar. First few times were fine but my last two were terribly irritating. The premise and facility are amazing; even if you're not a golfer the game is fun, however, customer service is terrible. Last time they told us it would be a 45 min. wait to golf. We intentionally arrived before 5:00 to avoid paying $45.00 to play. We decided to wait around and hang out at the bar until our bay was ready. We ordered some food and drinks (which are overpriced) and waited. While we were waiting we were curious if they ended up calling us after 5:00 if we would pay more. We tried asking the bartender who ended up getting into a conversation with another bartender half way through us asking our question and disregarding us. When we were finally able to complete our question he wasn't really sure so we asked the front desk employee who said we would end up paying more despite arriving before the $35.00 cut off. We decided that was ridiculous and left to play minigolf and come back on a less busy day. We returned and were going to be joined by family, but immediately after getting to our bay we were told we had to start our time and couldn't wait for the rest of our party to arrive. Our family arrived about 10 min later and then we had to spend our time (and money) setting up their accounts. With about 15 min left of time (which we already had to extend) the bay host came in and started asking us for payment, even further wasting our game time. After our game was complete we still had food and drink left to finish and were told we would have to leave so someone else could play, despite multiple other bays being open. As we were leaving the lobby was empty. Tl;dr this business is going to try to get every cent out of your pocket, with 0 customer service etiquette in return. If you're not paying for time they will boot...

I came here with a group of 7 people and found my group were being treated very poorly. First. Coming on a Saturday I understand that its busy and that staff is rushing around trying to get everyone's orders and all. The waitress came and told us she would get to us after finishing with the booth next to us. The booth finished and a new group came in. She then took their drink order and food order. 20 mins after her coming to our table telling us we would be served first she showed up to take our drink orders. Second. Another 20 mins go by and now we are waiting for her to come over and take our food order. The next booth got their food and she kept ignoring us. You could tell the guy next to us was a pro and we were thinking he got priority, seeing he had some type of "gold" membership. Not seeing anything for having a gold membership to get expedited service my friend started to get angry. Before he caused a scene, I talked to a manager in a red shirt and he seemed very eager to help us. After this our waitress showed up and took our order. We also tried flagging her down but she kept speeding off after helping other tables. Third. Even after this fiasco, we continued to have issues. We ordered 4 more drinks to which only 3 showed up. My party waited another 15 minutes and realized that the drink never came out. I'm still here and it's been 45 mins

This is my third time here and the times before this service was great and awesome. I would recommended this place to others but now will change their minds citing service problems and lack of customer care. I hope to talk to someone in...

Visited Tuesday 3/28/23. Set up reservations on the app a few days before since we were going on Tuesday to take advantage of 1/2 price. When booking on the app, you have to reserve for 2 hours and pay for the 1st hour when placing the reservation (paid 24$). The reservation was for 3:45 pm. Arrived a few minutes earlier than 3:45, and we were off to our bay right away. Bay 309 is located on the top floor. Our server was named Anthony, and he was attentive and friendly. Showed us how to swing the golf club properly, so that was a plus in regards to customer service. The reason for 4 stars is food. Fries were cold (not even Luke warm) ordered turkey wrap, and it was also cold, which is to be expected but not fries. Boyfriend ordered a chicken sandwich, and his fries were also cold. You have to pay extra for ranch .50 cents. Total for turkey wrap, slaw chicken sandwich, 1 dos equis draft, 1 bud light draft, and 1 hour of golf was $62 after tax, before tip (with hour we paid upfront to make it 2 hours total of golf cost on a Tuesday for 2 people was $86 before tip) Left around 6:45 pm, and it was definitely getting packed. I've been to Top Golf in other cities like Las Vegas and Fort Worth, and I've had better food, that's for sure.

This place is so much fun! It’s a great place to have some fun with family and friends. It is quite pricey but it’s half off on Tuesdays. Also First Responders and Military get 10% off the bays. They have special bags and clubs for kids, just ask the from desk. The seating areas are heated when it’s cold. They are also spacious so although you are playing next to other people you never feel cramped. The food is good, my kids enjoyed the burgers and I love their queso blanco. It’s so delicious and satisfying. A far as drinks go, their mixed drinks are ok but overpriced so I usually stick to beer. They have some special drink that is supposedly big enough for two to share but that’s a lie. It’s the size of a regular drink and the take home glass is cheap and ugly and not worth the $20. Save your money. If you are new, you are going to have to pay I believe $5 for a membership. It’s a one time fee. All in all, I really enjoy this place. My family and friends agree.

Someone was thinking when they made this place. What a great place to have a party or get together with the guys/gals or just go and work on your swing. The staff is helpful and plentiful. There are clubs there that you can use and they are decent. Your not swinging a Taylor Made or anything but they are sufficient. You are welcome to bring your own clubs though so that's nice. The food is decent. The drinks are a little pricey. The golf games are really fun though. There are like 9 or 12 different games to choose from. They range from easy to really difficult. It's a lot of fun. We ended up getting the summer pass ($200) that lets you play unlimited golf Monday through Friday from 9-5. It's a great deal. To make things better, if you like to track stats, all of your shots are logged and you can refer back to them later in the app. Like I said before, someone was thinking when they made this place!
