Whataburger — Restaurant in El Paso

I woke up early this morning and was craving a Whatachicken sandwich and a hot coffee and I came to this establishment and man I have never felt so uncomfortable eating this place until today. I entered this place and it is clean and fresh. I entered the restroom and washed my hands and saw how dirty the restroom was the mirrors were speckled with water droplets and it had looked like it hadn't been cleaned up in a while. The cashier took my order and was very courteous and polite. She served me my hot coffee and direct me to where the condiments were. I was very happy to have had such great service. I sat next to a window booth and she promptly came with my order nice and warm. She asked if I wanted any condiments from her tray and I just picked two napkins and two ketchup packets and she so polite and friendly she asked me if I needed anything else and I said no ma'am. The only reason I felt so uncomfortable was that the manager a small lanky semi bald gentleman kept staring at me throughout my time I was trying to enjoy my meal . He would keep passing by just looking at me and at one point him and one of his coworkers just stared at me. Never in my life have I ever experienced such an uncomfortable visit to a restaurant. This used to be my go to place but now since I’ve had an issue with this Whataburger about the comments that I received and about management not getting back to me I don’t know what to think about being a veteran and receiving this kind of service number two why do I have to, put up with something that I should not have to deal with when I myself consider myself irregular and even hype this place up tomorrow I’m really disappointed and I’ve even called corporate office nine times I repeat nine times about this issue and they failed I repeat failed to even give me a call back or even an email about this issue so another words they don’t care about a veteran number two they don’t care about anybody that’s military related or disabled or three that celebrated their birthday at their store so it’s looking really bad when I have to publicly tell people that this is what they don’t care for them to find out What even really bad is that this is the one that’s right next to the military base Cassidy gate in El Paso Texas corporate fails to get in contact with me over and over and over again I guess I’ll have to call him again on Monday again this will be the 10th time reach out to corporate. Poor Shame on the name of whataburger, When my gf and I arrived this night, Looked like the whole night crew decided to take a break. I believe there was only 3 workers actually working while the other 7 were just chilling. When my Girlfriend ordered she simply asked for a #5 Plain and Dry only with the bacon and Cheese left. No rudeness or anything. The manager on duty decided to come out of her station and complain to the rest of the crew while my Girlfriend was standing right there waiting for me, and my girlfriend was beyond embarrassed for her choice of meal. I was standing there at the cashier section, ready to take my order and the gentlemen at the cashier section just walked away, right in front of me. I literally had to tell him I was ready, it should not be like that. I use to work for Whataburger and to simply get disrespected like that is definitely not whataburgers policy. While my girlfriend and I were eating, I took note that they were disrespectfully talking about the drive thru overs that were coming through.
