Burritos Juarez — Restaurant in El Paso

5 years ago, I had a great review for this place. Sadly, today's not as great... It was a slow morning. My dad and I went in for burritos, of course, and we had to wait for them to clear the waiting customers. Once they were all seved and it was our turn for some reason the ladies that were cookimg starting having a conversation while cleaning the stove thing were they cook, we thought okay .. fresh start, but then the ladies just started taking their time while still taking on their conversation. While cooking they were more into the conversation then the burritos. We asked ig they were almost ready and they both got un6set and looked at as funny. Pleasantly surprised with this Burrito Gem in Northeast, El Paso. Stopped by this morning for breakfast. I was in the mood for a burrito and a traditional Mexican/American meal. The menu was vast & easy to pick from. The hostess at the counter was the exceptional employee/owner. My selection of eggs,beans, bacon, flour tortillas was a homerun. Simpy, if only for the refried beans that were out of this world. You see I strongly believe that refried beans chemistry is an art. I would like to start this by sending out my best regards and acknowledgin the two ladies that were at the location. They're a great hosts. It all started early in the morning about 8:00am on on May 23rd. I was making my way back home and I was looking for some authentic Juarez burritos, you know like winnie con salsa de tomate (no Diddy) for the road. And the nearest location that I can find on gmaps was this restaurant. I can't say that it was the authentic flavor I was looking for, but the taste was not disappointing or too far to similarity from the authentic one.
