China King Buffet — Restaurant in El Reno

I use to drive twice a week from OKC to El Reno to take my family here to eat. Always had good food and good service. Until now... Won't be back at all. Went in at 8pm...they don't close until 930.....well there was only one other table of customers....the server with the glasses....was very rude...acted like we shouldn't even be there bothering her. My GBA is love the ice cream....but couldn't get any because they were tearing the machine down already saying it takes to long for the cook to do it and his other duties at clos time so they break it down at 8... mind u they don't even close til 930. She never came to even check and c if we needed a refill. Never cleared any dishes. When we asked for to go cups.. she started yelling that we were stopping her froming doing her clean up job to close. At this time it was 845. Then she yells and says if u have a problem with me then just talk to the manager. I did... The manager/owner acted as if it was no big deal that her server just yelled at the customer. Worse customer service ever. The food was not good and was cold on the buffet. Several things were empty and when I asked if they would be putting more out....was told at 8pm....no we are about to close...yet they don't close til 930. Worse...

Not impressed. Seated at a two seat table crammed in a corner yet still managed to have three guys at a table practically on top of each other & the wait staff was using the banister along the table as a work station so I had tickets and fortune cookies being crammed on & whisked off the shelf from about a foot behind my head all the way down the length of the table....sort of unnerving to have things being pushed toward you that you can see in the peripheral only a few inches from your face.

To top it off there were several things that I tried that were cold....like refrigerated then incompletely nuked kind of cold. Since I arrived at 11:30a.m. I would have expected the freshest food they could turn out but that wasn't the case.

We generally love to visit China Kings, however this one is a little sub-par. Three of us ordered water and hot tea. We were brought one water, and two pots of hot tea. I asked for cups for the hot tea twice. She brought one cup and two soup bowls for our tea. She asked if this was ok, I told her no. My Granddaughter said she would take a soup bowl. We discovered floaties in our tea. I just told her we don't want any tea, take them away. And bring us two more waters, we never got those. We each got an egg roll, and we each took one bite.
