The woman who sold us the four sandwiches was hurried and spoke angrily, telling us that the store will close at eight o'clock even though it was only 7:45. When we informed her we would simply take one and go, she began preparing more and hurried us through the ordering process, which caused us to miss some of the components. Oil and vinegar is one of them. We told her we forgot about the oil and vinegar since you are rushing us. When we inquired if we could order it on the side, she said, "No," and started to ring us up even though our last sandwich hadn't been prepared yet. Furthermore, when I got home, my sandwich was completely crushed, I received a crushed subway order and a fully pressed sandwich. it does not appeal to the appetite. My family will no longer purchase subway due to this, as it merely demonstrates the subway's lack of understanding of consumer relations. The lady was just concerned about shutting down the store and not concerning the final four orders she was given. It hurts my feelings that someone can be so disrespectful and that the owner of this Subway doesn't seem to give a damn about the ratings that people leave. I ordered two footlong #3 Monster’s with everything as usual. What I received is a two footlong kid’s size of meat and vegetables. I was too busy to notice the half size and weight as my normal order from Sugar Grove. I had some time to turn around and tell them I got the wrong order. They pointed to their #3 Monster description on the board. I shown them my description of what I ordered through the app. There was a small line, yet a big difference from what I expected.
